As a District Parts &amp; Service Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for providing dealer consulting and support to improve the Service customer experience and maintain dealer profitability. You will work closely with Honda/Acura dealerships to identify gaps between AHM objectives and actual Dealer performance, and develop action plans to address these gaps. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication, analytical, business planning, and organizational skills. <p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide dealer consulting and support to improve the Service customer experience and maintain dealer profitability</li>
<li>Work closely with Honda/Acura dealerships to identify gaps between AHM objectives and actual Dealer performance</li>
<li>Develop action plans to address gaps in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Customer Convenience, Customer Treatment, Reduction of oil change service time, Honda/Acura Genuine Parts and Accessory sales, and dealership profitability</li>
<li>Participate in Honda/Acura programs, policies, and procedures that develop and promote well-managed, profitable parts and service departments, and lifetime owner loyalty</li>
<li>Support DPSM mentoring, Pilot Program(s) as assigned, and any other assigned areas of responsibility, tasks, or projects</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Accountabilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Achievement of assigned CS Convenience objectives</li>
<li>Achievement of assigned CS Treatment objectives</li>
<li>Achievement of oil change service time of &lt;0 minutes, Honda I &lt;5 minutes, Acura</li>
<li>Achievement of assigned Fixed Right First Time objectives</li>
<li>Achievement CPRO objective - 2.5% Increase</li>
<li>Achievement of assigned Parts sales objectives</li>
<li>Achievement of Accessory sales objectives</li>
<li>Achievement of Dealer SNSC Training Certification objectives (H: 48%), (A: 76%)</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications, Experience, &amp; Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work-related experience</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of auto parts and service wholesale and/or retail experience. Automotive service, wholesale, and/or retail experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures referred</li>
<li>Understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, Demonstrated sales ability</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, business planning, and organizational skills. Highly developed customer relations skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with using web-based software and smartphone applications. This position requires frequent travel and the possibility of relocation</li>
