The role focuses on creating and implementing market-specific strategies that align with operational and profitability goals set by leadership.</p>\n<p>Key Activities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies product innovation opportunities and ensures products adhere to regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.</li>\n<li>Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, compliant, and customer-focused insurance products.</li>\n<li>Supervises reports who are individual contributors or people leaders to ensure alignment with product development goals and successful delivery of business unit priorities.</li>\n<li>Mentors or coaches less experienced team members to support peer learning and development.</li>\n<li>Manages a team of product leaders and/or analysts for a designated product countrywide.
