<p>This leadership role will be responsible for driving and implementing the overall sales strategy, recruiting and leading a team of Mid-Market Enterprise sales professionals, and achieving successful deployments with our customers.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will possess significant sales leadership experience and a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies. This leader will have the capability to adapt to a complex and fast-changing technology environment. Responsibilities will include customer acquisition, account management, owning executive relationships, and more.</p>
<p>This individual will also need to be a proven leader who can effectively collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, developer relations, operations, and core GTM teams, while guiding and mentoring a sales team towards achieving business objectives.</p>
<p>This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.</p>

<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will be responsible for acquiring new customers among automotive suppliers and expanding existing accounts through close collaboration with sales and subject matter experts - from qualifying opportunities and building pipelines to creating offers and presentations</li>
<li>You will translate the challenges of Tier-1 customers into concrete project proposals: scope, approach, timeline, resource planning, commercial model, and measurable business and technical results</li>
<li>You will co-design and further develop the SDV solution portfolio of MHP for Tier-1 customers together with subject matter experts (IVI, ADAS, connectivity, data &amp; KI, cybersecurity, etc.), including reusable assets, reference architectures, and delivery blueprints</li>
<li>You will lead SDV strategy projects for leading Tier-1 automotive suppliers - with a focus on ADAS, IVI, and KI-based vehicle functions (e.g., intelligent cockpit, predictive safety, personalized in-car services)</li>
<li>You will be responsible for the end-to-end project execution and scaling of successful flagship projects into broader rollouts: defining templates, delivery kits, and governance for scaling solutions across customers and regions</li>
<li>You will ensure cross-functional coordination within MHP: coordinating collaboration with other subject matter experts, sales, global delivery, and partner ecosystems to deliver consistent solutions and project success</li>

<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will need to have a bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on automotive suppliers</li>
<li>You will need to have a passion for customer acquisition and the challenge of translating complex SDV and AI requests into solutions with clear business and technical added value</li>
<li>You will need to have expertise and in-depth knowledge in the areas of branch trends in the automotive industry, particularly SDV, AI, E/E architectures, ADAS, and infotainment solutions, over-the-air updates, cloud/edge integration, and data-driven services</li>
