<li>Experience with parasitic extraction tools (preferably STARRC) and methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Transistor-level simulation skills (e.g., HSPICE, SPECTRE), including DC simulations for post-layout netlists.</li>

<li>Custom layout experience and knowledge of electromigration analysis.</li>
