Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
\n
Location: Singapore (hybrid)
\n
We believe games are powerful because they bring together multiple ways people engage: play, watch, create, and connect. And increasingly, the biggest entertainment platforms aren’t just places to consume content , they’re places where communities build.
\n
Creator-made content is already a proven part of EA’s history , from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe new creative technologies and tools will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on enabling more players to participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.
\n
We’re looking for a Head of Product to own product strategy and the end-to-end roadmap to deliver a trusted, high-velocity creator and player experience across priority regions, while maintaining compatibility with a shared core platform.
\n
Your mandate: drive growth (DAU, retention, creation rate), ensure a healthy economy, and embed localization, culturalization, and player safety as first-class product requirements. You will lead a cross-functional product organization, partner closely with platform engineering and core product teams, and translate global user needs into product requirements across discovery, social systems, creation workflows, marketplace, payments, identity/safety, and live operations. You will establish a data-driven, experiment-heavy culture and operate the platform with high reliability and safety-by-design.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n
Set product strategy and roadmap aligned to company objectives; define KPIs (activation, D1/D7/D30 retention, creation rate, payer conversion, safety health) and drive execution across target regions.
\n
\n
\n
Lead localization and culturalization across UX, content policy, events, templates, and communications; build frameworks for regional tone, norms, and age-appropriate design.
\n
\n
\n
Adapt creator workflows for regional platforms/devices; reduce time-to-first-publish and increase creator retention and content quality.
\n
\n
\n
Elevate player experience across feeds, discovery, recommendations, profiles, and community features; balance engagement with well-being and safety-by-design.
\n
\n
\n
Partner on economy surfaces with monetization leadership to align pricing, subscriptions/passes, marketplace design, rewards, and entitlement systems for each region.
\n
\n
\n
Ensure regulatory and store compliance across major markets (e.g., child safety, privacy regimes, age ratings, app store policies) in coordination with Legal and Payments.
\n
\n
\n
Own experimentation and insights: establish instrumentation, run A/B and causal tests, and operationalize decision frameworks for ranking, pricing, and UX changes.
\n
\n
\n
Scale platform readiness: reliability/SLOs, risk and incident playbooks, data governance, and privacy-by-design; coordinate global rollouts and phased betas.
\n
\n
\n
Build and lead the product organization (PMs, TPMs, Analysts) with clear operating cadence, quality bars, and cross-border collaboration practices.
\n
\n
\n
Represent the product externally with partners, creators, and ecosystem developers; identify integrations and APIs that accelerate creator velocity, safety, and trust.
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
10+ years in consumer product management for UGC/games/social/media platforms; 5+ years leading multi-product or platform teams.
\n
\n
\n
Track record shipping global consumer experiences at scale across mobile and PC/console, with measurable impact on growth and retention.
\n
\n
\n
Demonstrated success adapting products for multiple regions: culturalization, localization, and policy alignment embedded in the roadmap.
\n
\n
\n
Depth in creator ecosystems: tooling, publishing, discovery/ranking, social systems, and marketplace/economy surfaces.
\n
\n
\n
Strong command of experimentation and analytics (instrumentation, cohorting, causal methods) and translating insights into priorities.
\n
\n
\n
Working knowledge of regional regulatory/compliance and app store requirements (e.g., privacy, child safety, age ratings, parental controls).
\n
\n
\n
Excellent cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Design, Trust & Safety, Payments, Legal, and Operations; adept at cross-border collaboration.
\n
\n
\n
Mandarin and English preferred; exceptional communication tailored to creators, executives, and external stakeholders.
\n
\n
\n
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, HCI, Economics, or related; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
\n
\n
XML job scraping automation by YubHub
","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_35577c88-a2c","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Electronic Arts","sameAs":"https://jobs.ea.com","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/jobs.ea.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://jobs.ea.com/en_US/careers/JobDetail/Head-of-Product/213767?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":"hybrid","x-experience-level":"senior","x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":null,"x-skills-required":["consumer product management","UGC/games/social/media platforms","experimentation and analytics","cross-functional leadership","regional regulatory/compliance and app store requirements"],"x-skills-preferred":["Mandarin","English","CS/Engineering","HCI","Economics"],"datePosted":"2026-04-24T13:14:52.260Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"Singapore"}},"employmentType":"FULL_TIME","occupationalCategory":"Engineering","industry":"Technology","skills":"consumer product management, UGC/games/social/media platforms, experimentation and analytics, cross-functional leadership, regional regulatory/compliance and app store requirements, Mandarin, English, CS/Engineering, HCI, Economics"},{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_77521408-8a7"},"title":"Technical BDR","description":"
You'll be the tip of the spear for Firecrawl's outbound motion , identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical buyers (engineers, data scientists, AI/ML leads) who need to turn messy web data into structured, LLM-ready output.
\n
This isn't a dial-and-smile BDR seat. You'll combine technical fluency with relentless outbound execution to open doors that only someone who speaks the buyer's language can open.
\n
Salary Range: $120,000–$220,000/year OTE (Range shown is for U.S.-based employees in San Francisco, CA. Compensation outside the U.S. is adjusted fairly based on your country's cost of living.)
\n
Equity Range: Up to 0.10%
\n
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
\n
Experience: 3+ years or equivalent shipped systems
\n
Visa: N/A (Remote)
\n
About Firecrawl
\n
Firecrawl is the easiest way to extract data from the web. Developers use us to reliably convert URLs into LLM-ready markdown or structured data with a single API call.
\n
What You'll Do
\n
\n
Own outbound pipeline: Research and target engineering teams, AI startups, and data-heavy orgs that need web extraction at scale. Build sequences that land because they're technically relevant, not generic.
\n
\n
\n
Speak their language: Engage prospects on their terms , reference their stack, understand their scraping pain, and articulate how Firecrawl's API solves problems they've been duct-taping around.
\n
\n
\n
Qualify with depth: Run discovery calls that go beyond BANT. Understand the technical use case, map the decision-making process, and hand off deals to AEs with context that accelerates close.
\n
\n
\n
Run live technical intros: Demo the product on first calls when it makes sense. You don't need to be a solutions architect, but you should be able to show a prospect how a simple API call turns a URL into clean data.
\n
\n
\n
Feed product intelligence: Surface patterns from the field , what prospects are building, what's blocking adoption, what competitors are doing , and relay it to Product and Engineering.
\n
\n
\n
Iterate relentlessly: Test messaging, channels, sequences, and personas. Treat outbound like a product: measure, learn, ship improvements.
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
Engineer-first, BDR-second. We can teach you sales. We can't fast-track deep technical intuition. The ideal candidate has a technical background , maybe you've shipped code, built side projects, contributed to open source, or studied CS/engineering , and you're drawn to the commercial side of technology.
\n
Technically fluent. You can read code, use APIs, talk about web scraping, and understand what LLM-ready data means. You've built things , even if they're small.
\n
Urgency is your default setting. You don't wait for permission, process, or perfect information. You move. You follow up. You close the loop same-day.
\n
Bias for action over analysis. You'd rather send 10 imperfect outbounds and learn than spend a week crafting the perfect email. Speed compounds.
\n
Thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You don't need a playbook to get started. You can navigate a messy prospect landscape and figure out who to talk to, what to say, and when to say it.
\n
Curious and relentless. You dig into a prospect's GitHub, read their blog, understand their stack. You earn the right to their time.
\n
Clear communicator. You write crisp emails and run tight calls. You know when to go technical and when to zoom out.
\n
_Backgrounds that often do well: Engineers who want to move into a commercial role. CS students who've done hackathons and side projects. Technical founders who've done their own outbound. Developer advocates looking for a more direct revenue path._
\n
XML job scraping automation by YubHub
","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_77521408-8a7","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Firecrawl","sameAs":"https://www.firecrawl.dev","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/firecrawl.dev.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/firecrawl/4d095906-803f-4987-a5a4-941e3f1a1600?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":"remote","x-experience-level":"mid","x-job-type":"Full time","x-salary-range":"$120,000–$220,000/year","x-skills-required":["web scraping","APIs","LLM-ready data","outbound execution","technical fluency"],"x-skills-preferred":["code","side projects","open source","CS/engineering"],"datePosted":"2026-04-24T12:18:19.175Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) OR Remote (Americas, UTC-3 to UTC-10)"}},"jobLocationType":"TELECOMMUTE","employmentType":"FULL_TIME","occupationalCategory":"Engineering","industry":"Technology","skills":"web scraping, APIs, LLM-ready data, outbound execution, technical fluency, code, side projects, open source, CS/engineering","baseSalary":{"@type":"MonetaryAmount","currency":"USD","value":{"@type":"QuantitativeValue","minValue":120000,"maxValue":220000,"unitText":"YEAR"}}}]}
