As a Member of Trading Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the post-trade life-cycle of the activity of various digital assets, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliations, and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies.</p>
<p>This position requires a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to handle complex tasks, organisational knowledge, and effective communication and influence capabilities.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Leverage deep understanding of traditional financial services, products and strategies as required to provide thought leadership and strategic support to Anchorage Digital clients and the goals they have to implement their own strategies.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Efficiently manage all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs. Monitor progress towards meeting established KPIs for trade operations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support day-to-day spot, lending, and derivatives operations, ensuring all relevant processing and maintenance functions are completed accurately, within prescribed time-frames, and in accordance with established procedures.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Utilize blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and other relevant software and tools to reconcile and monitor the activity of different digital assets across both internal ledgers and external systems (banks, custodians, etc.).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Perform cash positioning and inventory management for various product flows to ensure that we have the right assets at the right place at the right time to optimise the firm’s treasury management, mitigate risks, and streamline client settlements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Work with engineering and product teams to streamline trading, settlement, and risk operations workflows</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely provision of accurate trade and settlement data and assist in the resolution of breaks.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal operational efficiency</p>
</li>
<li><p>Have an understanding of the crypto industry’s landscape, tokens and protocols, and the different verticals in which they’re deployed (staking, governance, etc.).</p>

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry.</p>
<p>You will serve as a subject matter expert for the Global Markets suite of products, providing high touch service and support to our high value institutional clients across multiple segments, including protocols, venture capital, and hedge funds. You are detail oriented, empathetic, problem solver with a bias for action.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC&#39;s and other buy side firms.</li>
<li>Be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments. You will solve their needs quickly by leveraging your internal relationships.</li>
<li>Establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve offensive go-to-market posture.</li>
</ul>
<p>Additional responsibilities include helping inform the targeted go to market strategy, leading client or product specific campaigns or projects, and acting as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital.</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>

<p>As a Member of Relationship Management, you will be a key member of the Anchorage Digital sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new revenue opportunities through cross-selling, as well as driving organic revenue by growing and protecting wallet share.</p>
<p>In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Anchorage’s full suite of digital asset services and understanding the needs and opportunities of your specific client portfolio and monetizing them.</p>
<p>Members of the sales organization at Anchorage Digital are integral to driving forward the growth and future success of the company by originating, developing, and maintaining high-value client relationships, and monetizing our products and services.</p>
<p>Members of the team are expected to drive revenue for the firm, as well as being ambassadors for the company and our industry, building Anchorage Digital’s reputation as a trusted partner.</p>
