      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Product Marketer to own product marketing for our foundational video and podcast creator capabilities. In this role, you will lead the GTM strategy for new creator products and initiatives, influence product strategy in close collaboration with the R&amp;D teams to enable our creators to grow their audience and make a living off of their art.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading go-to-market strategies for new creator products and capabilities, from early concept through launch</li>
<li>Shaping product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with creators and reflect real need</li>
<li>Partnering closely with R&amp;D teams to influence product strategy and ensure strong market fit</li>
<li>Collaborating with global marketing teams to plan and execute launches that educate and inspire creators</li>
<li>Defining success metrics and tracking adoption, using insights to continuously improve performance</li>
<li>Identifying new opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and creator feedback</li>
</ul>
<p>As a successful Product Marketer, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing within a tech environment</li>
<li>Led large-scale initiatives and know how to balance user needs with business outcomes</li>
<li>A strong understanding of the podcast, video, or platform ecosystem</li>
<li>Experience in developing product positioning and leading go-to-market strategies</li>
<li>The ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and data partners to drive impact</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions</li>
</ul>
<p>This role offers a competitive salary range of $102,981-$147,116, plus equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, and 13 paid flexible holidays.</p>
