      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our team at DMM. As a Social Media Analyst, you will analyze social media campaign data across various platforms and tools and conduct social listening analyses to measure and support social strategies with data-driven insights. This role will focus mainly on organic social media campaigns, but may tap into paid media from time to time.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review social media campaign performance and produce, visualize, and analyze metrics to make recommendations</li>
<li>Help source and identify social media trends and make suggestions on how they can be applied to campaigns</li>
<li>Dive into user engagement and conversion data to determine the effectiveness of copy and community management tactics</li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of project-based audience targets and how we can tap into them</li>
<li>Research online fan communities and make recommendations on how to best engage</li>
<li>Take data and observations and use them to construct detailed reports and visual presentations</li>
<li>Build out dashboards that lead to effective campaign reporting and tactical learnings based on social media campaign objectives</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to support their work with data-driven insights</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MUST have Advanced English level C1+ or above (Proficient Conversational-Professional)</li>
<li>3+ or more years of experience in a social media analytics role</li>
<li>Previous experience working on entertainment industry social media campaigns</li>
<li>Strong understanding of all social networks, their functionality, and the marketing and digital advertising landscape</li>
<li>Can provide examples of using social media analytics to increase the performance of a campaign</li>
<li>Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail</li>
<li>Experience with creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and the ability to bring consumer data to life for marketing stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience conducting data analysis including data cleanup &amp; normalization, and developing insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis</li>
<li>Digital Media agency experience strongly preferred</li>

<li>Collaborate across product, growth, and developer relations teams to ensure alignment and flawless delivery of partner initiatives.</li>
<li>Own partner campaign performance metrics, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and engagement analytics—continuously iterating based on data-driven insights.</li>
