<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Strategic Integration: Lead and manage the transition of studios to key enterprise IT initiatives, including:<ul>
<li>Google Workplace: Encourage adoption and migration to Google Workplace and the use of AI tools for optimization.</li>
<li>ServiceNow: Supervise the adoption of ServiceNow to simplify IT service management and prioritize the adaptation of the catalog to encourage automation.</li>
<li>Asset Management (HAM): Manage the deployment of our new procurement for equipment and implement standardized protocols for equipment management.</li>
<li>Software Asset Management (SAM): Direct efforts to consolidate and optimize software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li>
<li>Integrated Management System and Workday: Guide studios through the integration and adoption of our new integrated management systems and Workday platforms for temporary workers.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Change Management: Develop and execute detailed transition plans, create documentation, and organize training to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption to studio operations.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong collaborative relationships with studio leadership and key personnel to understand their business needs and ensure that IT initiatives deliver value.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably in a global organization.</li>
<li>Proven experience in managing projects involving the large-scale adoption of new technologies (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, ERP).</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Any experience working in creative industries, such as media and entertainment or video games, is an asset.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>
