processes who can effectively bridge the gap between development and high-volume manufacturing.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead a high-performing process engineering team supporting critical manufacturing processes and product performance requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for process-related readiness, capability, and performance across development and manufacturing environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish clear, quantifiable manufacturing readiness expectations for process capability, yield performance, variation reduction, and process stability</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct management and strategic guidance to the core team of process engineers, enabling strong technical execution and talent development.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure alignment across Product Development, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive design-for-manufacturability and scalable process integration.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute process strategies that enable predictable yield, throughput, and product performance, including CTF / CTQ, consistency.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive process capability metrics, including Cp, Cpk, defectivity, and process variation improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead structured root cause
