We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create effective and impactful trainings that align with our vision and mission. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing engaging content in digital and live formats, and developing interactive and impactful training activities. You will implement these trainings into the desired delivery format and create measurable assessments and evaluations.
\nResponsibilities:\nProduce effective and engaging educational experiences for an internal audience\nCollaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and develop course content, assessments, and evaluations\nAssess user needs and align course content and design accordingly\nApply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retention\nLeverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completion\nTrain instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders in using learning technologies\nMaintain projects and organize course documentation\nAnalyse, update, and refine existing training content\nFacilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars
\nQualifications:\nProficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.\nProficiency in designing and delivering instructor-led training\nStrong digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, etc.\nAdvanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments\nStrong project management and organization skills\nBachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred\nExperience producing and delivering training in corporate and manufacturing environments\nExperience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formats\nExperience administering training in a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with Cornerstone preferred\nExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
