You&#39;ll recommend measurement and attribution solutions tailored to each client&#39;s business goals and technical environment.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to data flow, event firing, attribution, and reporting accuracy. You&#39;ll translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations to build trust and drive deal confidence. You&#39;ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay client needs and integration feedback.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you&#39;ll need to stay current on ad tech, programmatic advertising, privacy changes, and measurement best practices to inform solutions and recommendations. You&#39;ll document best practices, integration patterns, and technical solutions for internal teams and clients. You&#39;ll leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency across technical discovery, research, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Senior Measurement Lead to help our advertisers succeed on our platform. As a key member of the Marketing Sciences team, you will drive our value proposition to clients and their partners by continuously testing, learning, and improving the power and performance of Reddit as a media platform.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Daily responsibilities will span advertising measurement execution, measurement strategy, client consultation, vendor relationships, and working closely with Reddit&#39;s sales, product, and product marketing teams.</li>
<li>Leverage measurement results to drive business growth for our clients.</li>

<li>Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and media mix modelling (MMM).</li>
<li>Knowledge of North America Measurement solutions, vendors, and norms.</li>
<li>A knowledge of experimentation and familiarity with the underlying statistical methods.</li>
<li>A strong background in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with and developing relationships with analytics professionals at advertisers and advertising agencies.</li>

<p><strong>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…</strong></p>
