Ensure accurate reporting of fails, aged breaks, TMPG exposure, and reconciliation status to management. Monitor and validate daily files, statements, and broker reports used for reconciliation and fails management. Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Support BCP testing, audit queries, process reviews, and control governance activities. Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation. Mentor junior team members and support cross-training within the team.</p>
<p>Required Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in Fixed Income Operations / Reconciliation / Fails Management. Strong hands-on experience in Fixed Income products, including bonds, treasuries, agencies, repos, and related settlements. Good understanding of fails management lifecycle and settlement controls. Hands-on experience in handling TMPG claims and market claims processes. Experience in investigating cash and position breaks across multiple systems and broker statements. Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement flows, and post-settlement operations.</p>
<p>Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Fixed Income reconciliation and settlement processes. Good understanding of TMPG guidelines and claims methodology.       <Description><![CDATA[<p>Your job is to manage all onsite activities from installation start until acceptance, comparable with a PjM deputy and Safety Manager. You will support the PjM by taking over responsibility of onsite coordination and clarification. Your goal is to ensure that system erection at customer sites can be done in a safe environment and that projects are finalized on schedule, with good quality, and within target cost and timeline.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and steer onsite activities, executed either from AVL staff or by contractors.</li>
<li>Monitor progress and report both internally and to the customer.</li>
<li>Initiate onsite meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and brief onsite personnel (both AVL staff and contractors).</li>
<li>Interface with the customer, supplier, safety team, and AVL team in safety-related issues.</li>
<li>Clarify customer requirements.</li>
<li>Provide deviations and exclusions to the RFQ.</li>
<li>Prepare information for commissioning.</li>
<li>Participate in engineering and customer meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate commissioning personnel, onsite personnel, assembly workers, subcontractors, and customer.</li>
<li>Lead technical installation activities.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and information for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Meet milestones and ensure the fulfillment of safety and security-related requirements according to customer-specific demands and region-specific regulations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Driver&#39;s license</li>
<li>Basic English communication skills preferable</li>
<li>Practical experience in installation work</li>
<li>Rich knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical assembly and installation process, tooling as well as quality control methods;</li>
<li>Candidates with an Industrial Safety Engineer certification or above are preferred</li>
