As Legal Analyst, you&#39;ll support two teams , Commercial &amp; Marketing and IP , getting to work alongside some super inspiring people within the legal department and across the company. You&#39;ll join a motivated and fun team that works on a diverse array of matters spanning licensing, commercial contracts, advising on marketing issues, and gaming partnerships.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to or escalating requests from internal partners in product, business, and marketing who need Legal support.</li>\n<li>Training clients on the contracting process and tools, and ensuring that the correct process and approvals are in place for each deal.</li>\n<li>Independently negotiating non-disclosure agreements with external partners using well-defined processes, standard templates, and established playbooks.</li>\n<li>Advising clients on basic commercial, marketing, and business legal concepts; reviewing and editing marketing materials and external communications with oversight.</li>\n<li>Negotiating and redlining marketing, influencer, and consulting agreements using established playbooks with minimal oversight.</li>\n<li>Supporting the IP team across various areas, including trademark portfolio research, IP clearances, and brand enforcement workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In addition, you will have the opportunity to leverage your prior work experience to help drive implementation of a new contracts management system to ensure smooth adoption across different functions.
