The team manages contracting across GitLab&#39;s global customer base, including software as a service, self-managed, and hybrid deployment models, along with terms related to artificial intelligence and the broader platform direction.</p>\n<p>The team works asynchronously across time zones and relies on strong documentation, pragmatism, and mutual support to keep pace with a fast-moving business.
