<p>The FC Developer Experience team focuses on systematic and scalable improvements in core developer efficiency. In this role, you will join our engineering group and partner cross-functionally with teams within FC and Frostbite to optimize workflows, drive adoption of internal tooling and automation, identify and remove process bottlenecks, and promote engineering best practices that improve velocity, quality, and developer satisfaction across all FC development.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include developing tools and processes that improve the performance of our Continuous Integration based developer feedback loop, evaluating and driving adoption of code quality and software quality development tools, researching application of AI-driven development tools into FC&#39;s development workflows, building and integrating systems that provide insights into developer workflow bottlenecks, and partnering with stakeholders across the development team and Frostbite engine team to identify pain points in their workflows and solutions to address them.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, solid understanding of C++ language, best practices, and architectural considerations in resource-constraint environments, experience with usage or deployment of Continuous Integration automation frameworks, professional experience with using centralized version control systems, and a minimum of 5 years of software development experience working with C++-based tech stacks.</p>
