management, and shipping for both D2C and B2B customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish operational distinctions for D2C vs. B2B fulfilment, ensuring proper flow paths, picking methodologies, and shipping requirements are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and implementing measures to minimise workplace accidents and injuries.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Budgeting and Cost Management:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the fulfillment centre&#39;s budget, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining advancements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to fulfillment centre operations, and implement relevant changes as appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Site Leader or similar leadership role, preferably in a large-scale fulfillment centre or distribution environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of fulfillment centre operations, including order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated success in managing and developing large teams of both hourly and salaried employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in analysing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost management, and driving operational efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other
