By combining global corporate cards and banking with intuitive spend management, bill pay, and travel software, Brex enables founders and finance teams to accelerate operations, gain real-time visibility, and control spend effortlessly.
\n
Tens of thousands of the world's best companies run on Brex, including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek. Working at Brex allows you to push your limits, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
\n
We’re committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.
\n
Marketing at Brex
\n
Marketing tells the story of Brex to the world. From acquisition to activation, we translate product value into business results. Our team spans Revenue, Product, and Brand Marketing, and works closely with nearly every function at Brex. We move fast, experiment often, and think deeply about customer behavior.
\n
If you want your creativity to drive growth and shape perception, this is the place
\n
What you’ll do
\n
Brex’s buyers find and evaluate us across a growing set of surfaces: Google, AI answer engines, Reddit, G2, YouTube. No single person owns visibility across all of them today. You will.
\n
As Director of Organic Growth & Discoverability, you’ll own everything between paid acquisition and brand that drives a buyer from first discovery to qualified lead. You set the strategy, build the team, decide how we work with agencies, and carry the number. You report to the Head of Growth Marketing.
\n
This is what we expect in the first 12–18 months:
\n
\n
Grow qualified organic traffic and improve conversion from organic visitors to activated users and pipeline.
\n
Move Brex’s share of voice in AI-generated answers for corporate cards, expense management, and business banking. Stand up the tracking to know if you’re winning.
\n
Recover and surpass keyword positions lost to competitors in recent algorithm shifts.
\n
Stand up a content production engine that ships work that ranks, without every piece needing a senior review.
\n
Cut the vendor stack down. Make what’s left accountable and tell us what should move in-house.
\n
Hire and develop the team. You'll inherit some of it, grow it from there, and set the editorial, technical, and AI-native bar for the work.
\n
\n
Where you’ll work
\n
This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
\n
Set the organic growth strategy and own the roadmap, OKRs, and budget. You’re accountable for how Brex shows up organically.
\n
Build Brex’s AEO/GEO playbook. Own how Brex shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews: citation strategy, content structured for model retrieval, and the tracking to tell us what’s moving.
\n
Co-own the technical SEO roadmap with web engineering: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl, page performance. Translate SEO needs into specs engineers can ship.
\n
Run content strategy and production for organic. Set the editorial bar, own the calendar, and build a production process that doesn’t bottleneck on you.
\n
Unify our presence across Reddit, G2, YouTube, and other community and review surfaces into one discoverability strategy instead of a collection of side projects.
\n
Get sales and partnerships up to speed on how organic and AI search are changing, and what that means when they’re in a competitive deal.
\n
Be a culture carrier for the Growth Marketing team. Model the AI-native, high-ownership way of working we're building toward.
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n
Experience: 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team and owning strategy and budget at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
\n
Pipeline orientation: You connect organic channels to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes, not just traffic and rankings. You think in SQLs, activation rates, and CAC efficiency.
\n
Technical SEO depth: You can read crawl logs, diagnose Core Web Vitals issues, direct schema implementations, and partner credibly with engineers on site architecture decisions.
\n
AI visibility fluency: You’ve actively experimented with citation strategies, structured content for model consumption, or measured share of voice in answer engines. We can’t train this on the job.
\n
Content instincts: You can tell the difference between content that earns trust and content that fills a page. You have experience building or managing content operations at scale with high editorial standards.
\n
Vendor management judgment: You’ve managed agencies and know how to hold them to outcomes, not just deliverables. You also know when to stop outsourcing and bring work in-house.
\n
Comfort with ambiguity: You make consequential decisions with incomplete data. You like building a function from scratch more than running one that’s already humming.
\n
Experimentation mindset: You treat failure as a feedback loop. You run experiments, kill what doesn’t work quickly, and double down on what does.
\n
\n
Bonus points
\n
\n
You’ve navigated a major Google algorithm update that materially impacted your business and can walk through how you diagnosed, adapted, and recovered.
\n
You understand how retrieval-augmented generation systems select and rank sources, and you can translate that into actionable content and structural strategy.
\n
You use AI and automation tools in your own workflows. You’re a practitioner, not just a strategist.
\n
Experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry.
\n
\n
Compensation
\n
The expected salary range for this role is $220,000 - $276,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
\n
XML job scraping automation by YubHub
","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_f00c9655-34f","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Brex","sameAs":"https://brex.com/","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/brex.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/brex/jobs/8522876002?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":"hybrid","x-experience-level":"executive","x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":"$220,000 - $276,000","x-skills-required":["SEO","organic growth","digital marketing","B2B SaaS","fintech","technology","content operations","vendor management","AI visibility","technical SEO","site architecture","Core Web Vitals","schema","crawl","page performance","content strategy","production","editorial bar","calendar","production process","discoverability strategy","sales","partnerships","culture carrier","high-ownership way of working"],"x-skills-preferred":[],"datePosted":"2026-04-25T12:07:48.752Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"San Francisco, California, United States"}},"employmentType":"FULL_TIME","occupationalCategory":"Marketing","industry":"Technology","skills":"SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, content operations, vendor management, AI visibility, technical SEO, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl, page performance, content strategy, production, editorial bar, calendar, production process, discoverability strategy, sales, partnerships, culture carrier, high-ownership way of working","baseSalary":{"@type":"MonetaryAmount","currency":"USD","value":{"@type":"QuantitativeValue","minValue":220000,"maxValue":276000,"unitText":"YEAR"}}},{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_709f6628-a2b"},"title":"Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Safety Evaluations","description":"
As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst focused on Safety Evaluations, you'll play a central role in ensuring our models meet safety and policy standards before and after launch.
