<p>The Director, Clinical and Sales Learning, Respiratory &amp; Immunology (R&amp;I/V&amp;I) leads the end-to-end learning strategy and execution for commercial field teams across the R&amp;I portfolio. This role is accountable for designing high-impact curricula that elevate disease-state expertise, product knowledge, selling excellence, and customer engagement.</p>
<p>The Director partners cross-functionally to align learning outcomes with brand objectives, field performance goals, and regulatory standards, ensuring readiness for launches, lifecycle management, and evolving market needs.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Learning &amp; Capabilities Development, this position plays a pivotal leadership role within Innovation &amp; Business Excellence, shaping how field teams translate science into meaningful impact for patients.</p>
<p>Accountabilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the multi-year R&amp;I learning strategy covering onboarding, advanced capability building, launch readiness, and continuous development for sales teams, with clear governance, success metrics, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve key programs such as Sales Excellence Academy and Insights 360 in partnership with brand and sales teams, ensuring alignment with market access and enterprise capability uplift initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Design and oversee competency-based curricula that integrate clinical evidence, guidelines, and competitive insights with modern sales methodologies, customer engagement skills, and digital fluency.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Determine and manage the optimal mix of learning modalities, including instructor-led training, digital learning, virtual sessions, simulations, and microlearning.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure scientific accuracy and medical/legal/regulatory compliance of all disease and product training content, embedding robust assessment strategies to verify knowledge transfer and application.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead learning workstreams for R&amp;I launches from capability gap analysis through content development, enablement assets, certification pathways, and field coaching plans.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives and integrated learning timelines to drive consistent field readiness nationwide.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Sales Leadership to align learning with selling competencies, objection handling, and customer value messaging, using data and insights to prioritize interventions and close capability gaps.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales leadership, Compliance, Innovation and Business Excellence teams to secure alignment, compliance, and adoption of learning solutions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and mobile-first content, defining KPIs such as knowledge scores, certification rates, field productivity, and time-to-readiness to optimize programs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage structured certification frameworks and field assessments tied to clinical acumen, compliant promotion, and customer engagement capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversee external vendors and agencies for content development, technology solutions, and events; own budget planning, resource allocation, and contract management to deliver on-time, high-quality programs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead change management and communication plans for learning initiatives, setting clear expectations for leaders and field teams while enabling managers to coach effectively.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Establish feedback loops to continuously refine learning solutions based on field input, performance data, and evolving market dynamics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Enterprise Learning Strategic Alignment &amp; Operations and Compliance to embed approval workflows and standards into learning and certification processes, proactively managing risk.</li>
</ul>
<p>Essential Skills/Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of combined experience in learning, field training, medical education, field sales, marketing, market access, human resources and/or or commercial excellence experiences</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Clinical proficiency in R&amp;I disease states (e.g., asthma, COPD, severe asthma/Type 2 inflammation, IL pathway targets, rare immunologic conditions) and current treatment paradigms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead through or build competency-based curricula and deploy at scale in regulated environments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven success with product launch training, sales capability building, and certifications.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable Skills/Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>Advanced degree in life sciences, education, or business preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, ED, MS, MBA)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Leadership of teams and complex programs preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Direct experience in Respiratory and/or Immunology therapeutic areas preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Awareness of LMS/LXP platforms, content authoring tools, virtual learning technologies, and analytics dashboards.</li>
</ul>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Lead Technical Writer, your mission is to work with and capture technical artifacts from engineering project teams.</p>
<p>You will deliver accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation on material both for internal use and external customer delivery.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work closely with engineers and various subject matter experts to understand the lifecycle of complex projects, identify knowledge and information gaps, and use documentation to close the gap.</p>
<p>You may act as an editor to material written by engineers or work to incorporate specific inputs from the engineering team into more comprehensive documents.</p>
<p>As such, the technical writer will play a foundational role in raising and setting the bar for tone, voice, and quality across our written artifacts.</p>
<p>With Anduril&#39;s focus on defense and national security, documentation plays a critical role in ensuring front-line operators know how to leverage the &#39;arsenal of democracy.&#39;</p>
<p>Your mission is to make the process of learning how to understand and operate systems as easy and seamless as possible, with exceptionally written and presented artifacts.</p>
<p>You will identify relevant stakeholders and lead them through a documentation roadmap with established key milestones and targets.</p>
<p>This will require an in-depth understanding of which engineers are relevant to documentation, and what an organized effort toward collaboration entails.</p>
<p>You are to ensure that stakeholders are engaged at the right time, and you will guide them towards a polished and finished document that plainly meets customer needs.</p>
<p>Finally, you will also work with Program Management to ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and to a standard of excellence.</p>
<p>Written content artifacts under this charger may include:</p>
<p>requirement documentation, technical manuals, operational manuals, maintenance manuals, procedures, checklists, templates, user guides, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.</p>
<p>You will partner with account and engineering teams across all phases of development to ensure users have the right documentation available.</p>
<p>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO</p>
<p>Generate, review, and edit documentation that is user-focused – whoever that user may be.</p>
<p>Work with engineering and operations to deliver documentation of a consistently high-quality.</p>
<p>Contribute to Anduril&#39;s technical writing toolkit – working on everything from style guides to the documentation lifecycle and review process, and also relevant software tool procurement through definition requirements for things like authoring and publishing tools.</p>
<p>Evaluate and prioritize tasks required to successfully support product documentation efforts and keep them on track.</p>
<p>Help drive the best decision for the company by using a data-driven approach and consider input from stakeholders to ensure well-informed decisions.</p>
<p>You should be prepared to fill gaps that represent risks to the documentation roadmap.</p>
<p>Communicate and help manage expectations.</p>

<p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>3+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation with a portfolio of work ready to showcase your talent and skills.</p>
<p>Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation and working with engineers to complete writing tasks.</p>
<p>Experience building content in a variety of content authoring tools.</p>
<p>Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on technical subjects.</p>
<p>Must thrive with autonomy and responsibility, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.</p>
<p>Passion for excellent documentation and user experience.</p>
<p>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.</p>
<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p>
