They will also have relevant experience in Customer Experience/Contact Centre, a passion for service generally, and a good understanding of the Contact Centre technology offerings in the market and their relative strengths and weaknesses.</p>\n<p>In addition, the successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, whilst keeping sight of the big picture and driving towards an end goal.
