<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>DICE is seeking a visionary Product Director to play a key role in shaping the future of the Battlefield franchise. You will lead our product team, driving product strategy, business model definition, and live service excellence for the next evolution of Battlefield. Leveraging consumer insights, player feedback, and creative input, you will help build the foundation for the game and set measurable goals to maximize both engagement and revenue across the game’s lifecycle. Reporting to senior franchise leadership, you will help define and execute the business strategy for one of gaming’s most iconic brands.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a core member of project leadership, partnering with, production, product and creative leads to ensure Battlefield delivers on player motivations while maximizing acquisition, engagement, and monetization.</li>
<li>Direct, implement, and optimize essential game features and business models that fuel sustained player growth and live service revenue.</li>
<li>Own and evolve the live service product portfolio, responsible for ongoing engagement, player progression, and in-game economy health.</li>
<li>Define the experimentation roadmap—leading A/B and other tests to inform gameplay and commercial decisions.</li>
<li>Develop a world-class product management team, mentoring PMs and partner teams to support growth and skill development.</li>
<li>Develop, balance, and tune complex in-game economies and virtual goods systems across all Battlefield products.</li>
<li>Set, monitor, and interpret KPIs and analytics dashboards to guide intelligence-driven design decisions.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to ensure product success both within the game and externally, maximizing growth and return on investment.</li>
<li>Present quantitative product performance insights and strategic recommendations regularly to senior leadership and studio partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in the consumer product sector, with a strong record in high-impact product roles.</li>
<li>Proven success launching and operating live service (PC/console) games, including senior roles in Product Management</li>
<li>Expertise leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product vision and design.</li>
<li>Experience building, testing, and tuning complex in-game economies and virtual item systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor product management talent across multiple teams.</li>
<li>Mastery of structured, hypothesis-driven experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) and metrics analysis.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of player motivations, consumer insights, and games as a service models.</li>
<li>Passion for video games and strong knowledge of the industry.</li>
