<li>Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to craft and deliver compelling value propositions and demonstrations.</li>

<li>Lead and manage the team that provides thought leadership on the application of analytics and healthcare data to drive measurable customer success.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>15+ years of professional experience with a significant focus on high-growth SaaS, analytics, or AI environments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of leadership experience, specifically having scaled a presales and/or technical consulting organization, ideally from an earlier stage to a multi-layered enterprise team.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Breadth: Proven ability to influence internal product direction and external customer strategy simultaneously.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Domain Knowledge: Experience navigating the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare space.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Technical Literacy: Awareness of data science tools, cloud technologies, and AL/ML applications.</li>
</ul>

<p>This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company&#39;s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan.
