<p>We are looking for an experienced professional to help execute on Omada&#39;s consultant/broker relationship strategy to increase Omada&#39;s presence and drive growth through our consultant relationship channel. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the health benefits industry, a focus on growth and relationship development, as well as experience in a benefits consulting role and/or working directly with brokers and consultants.</p>
<p>Reporting into our Senior Director of Consultant Relations, this role is integral to continuing to enhance Omada&#39;s brand in the market and helping Omada to achieve our overall growth targets while continuing to help serve as many members as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Job Expectations and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute on Omada&#39;s strategic consultant relationship management initiatives, focusing on driving strategy with firms, supporting new revenue partner opportunities and enhancing existing partnerships with consulting firms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on consultant partner strategies, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to identify and engage potential new consultant partners or verticals across different consultant firms.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to drive opportunity generation across assigned consultant firms, in collaboration with sales and customer success colleagues.</li>
<li>Serve as marketing support liaison to partner with B2B Marketing and influence effective communication approach and marketing initiatives for the consultant relations strategy.</li>
<li>Data analytics skills to assist in evaluation of consultant practice book of business, dashboard/scorecard metric tracking and evaluation, ongoing tracking of consultant and sales activity as it relates to consultant tracking.</li>
<li>Present Omada&#39;s solutions compellingly in various industry contexts, fostering strong relationships with key consultant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support sales, account teams and other internal stakeholders (product, legal, finance, etc.) in building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants to improve sales and retention efforts.</li>
<li>Stay informed on Omada offerings, market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies to benefit consultant relationships.</li>
<li>Understanding of sales strategies and experience executing on sales strategy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10 or more years of previous benefits consulting experience or consultant relations strategy and business development experience</li>
<li>Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships in the employer benefits space</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as a self-starter, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints along with driving relationship management strategy</li>
<li>Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and partner cross-functionally</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate solution vision to stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to deliver presentations in a way that establishes credibility and reinforces the value of the Omada offering</li>
<li>Experience and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Background in and/or passion for working in chronic condition management</li>
<li>Experience operating within Salesforce</li>
<li>Consistent over achievement of quota, revenue, or retention goals</li>
</ul>

<p>Global Consultant Relations, Global Client Business</p>
<p>BlackRock&#39;s institutional client business serves corporate and public-sector pension funds, charities and endowments, insurers and other financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds as well as governments and official institutions.</p>
<p>The Global Consultant Relations (GCR) team sits within the Global Client Business. GCR is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with global, regional and local consultants across all asset classes. Primarily based in the US and UK, GCR is also represented in Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.</p>

<p>Job Purpose/Background</p>
<p>This role will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day sales and research efforts across GCR, in supporting our Senior RMs to position our target products and seek research meetings, service existing investment ratings, as well as monetization alongside our sales partners.</p>
<p>This is a fixed term contract opportunity.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Lead/maintain relationships – responsible for day-to-day high-quality service to consultants, responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner</p>
</li>
<li><p>Gain a clear understanding of our Consultants and their clients&#39; servicing requirements, acting as a resolution point for outstanding issues or queries and working with the relevant areas of the wider business accordingly</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage internal and external servicing relationships demonstrating strong knowledge of the firm&#39;s operating platform</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure swift resolution and escalation of any issues (or at least within agreed SLAs)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Partner with Client Experience teams and Technology to automate manual processes where possible</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proactively drive service improvements</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure internal audit requirements are satisfied such as written policy and procedure documents etc</p>
</li>
<li><p>Measure and provide metrics on investment query volumes, identifying and communicating key trends to the wider business (utilising Tableau and other in-house platforms)</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>You should have:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>At least one year experience in financial services ideally within the asset management industry</p>
</li>
<li><p>University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or in another field.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German</p>
</li>
<li><p>A motivated individual that demonstrates drive and enthusiasm. Willing to learn, innovate and improve</p>
</li>
