The Personal Lines (PL) Hub Leader contributes to Personal Lines strategy, integrates into the PL senior leadership team, leads both people and business initiatives, and tracks performance outcomes. This role enhances subject matter expertise, identifies skill gaps, facilitates mentorship, conducts performance reviews, and promotes knowledge-sharing. The PL Hub Leader focuses on collaboration, process improvement, and skill development within PL functions. They recruit, assess, and select top talent, ensuring smooth integration and empowering team members. The PL Hub Leader works closely with HR Business Partners on strategic workforce planning to create/redesign job descriptions, understand demand and prioritize hiring needs. They establish and implement strategic initiatives to achieve profitable growth, surplus objectives, business operating targets, and optimal org design. Responsibilities include product management, actuarial, transformation, customer experience, business support services, and underwriting and collaboration with heads of critical functions such as Head of Distribution, PL IT, and PL Finance to achieve results.</p>
<p>Data Governance &amp; Analytics</p>
<p>Develop and implement data analytics strategies to improve operational efficiency, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Leverage data analytics to improve risk management, underwriting, processing, and other operational areas. Identify and implement new data sources, analytics tools, and methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.</p>
<p>Digital Transformation</p>
<p>Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, automate processes, and enhance operational capabilities. Identify and implement new digital technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. Provide training and support teams for adapting to new processes, technologies, and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.</p>
<p>Leadership and Collaboration</p>
<p>As the Personal Lines Hub Leader and member of the PL Leadership Team, this role is responsible for participating and implementing PL&#39;s business strategy. Provide subject matter expertise to PL leaders in their functional area, staying up to date with best practices, technologies, and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Actuary, Analytics, Underwriting, Distribution, IT, and Finance. Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to handle new technologies and processes. Identify skill development needs, areas of improvement, and skill gaps within team members, and facilitate mentorship and learning opportunities to improve their skills. Ensure that new hires are seamlessly integrated into the team and culture. Act as a &#39;talent magnet&#39; in the markets, universities, and internally. The PL Hub Leader plays a critical role in recruiting for positions within their job families and areas of expertise, assessing technical and domain-specific skills. Lead by example, conduct performance reviews in partnership with BI leaders, provide constructive feedback, and help FBS hub members grow their careers. Acts as a representative for any PL FBS needs, escalations, development, and support.</p>

<p>As the Player Engagement Team Lead, you will play a very important role in ensuring the success of our projects, being the bridge between Keywords Studios and our valued clients. You will be in charge of critical tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.</p>

<p>Our Team Lead has a knack for the following skills:</p>

<li>Leadership: Manage, set goals, and lead teams of specialists of varied sizes, both locally and remote. Proactively address project issues with teams and Project Manager to prevent disruptions. Uphold studio policy, process, and security standards as well as ensuring that project-related knowledge bases are up-to-date. Serve as an escalation point for client&#39;s customer issues. Train, coach shift leads, and conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions. Provide appropriate positive recognition and disciplinary warnings. Manage vacation requests, monitor attendance, and address lateness or absences.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Analytics: Monitor and manage ticket databases to ensure project KPIs and SLAs are met. Regularly review daily reports to identify and resolve anomalies. Create CRM/tool views for enhanced visibility and reporting. Good understanding of Player Support tools and processes, key support metrics, and how to apply them. Ability to read/interpret reports.</li>
</ul>

<li>Communication: Maintain awareness of project status and provide regular reports to Operations Manager. Conduct regular quality control checks, identifying coaching opportunities within project processes.</li>

<li>Business: Create CRM/tool views for enhanced visibility and reporting. Develop training materials and assist in identifying areas for training material enhancement.</li>
