Develop and manage comprehensive master program construction schedules using Primavera P6 for CoreWeave's hyperscale data center initiatives. Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against the schedule. Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders. Generate schedule reports and support the project controls team with analytics and forecast updates. Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy. Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified. Track schedule deliverables, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis. Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced scheduler who can lead our data center development projects. If you have a strong background in construction scheduling and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects. Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear updates for diverse stakeholders. You should also be proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office, and have certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA.
