<p>This position reports to the Stores &amp; Inventory Manager or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. The role coordinates the activities of the factory &amp; Race team to ensure an effective parts supply to all the events within the car program. <p>Education and Work Experience:</p>

<li>GSCE, High School education or equivalent required.</li>

<p>This position reports to the RTS Chief Mechanic or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. Responsible allocation and service turnaround processes within the team and ensuring that mileage tracking systems are accurate and digitally assembled.</p>
<p>General Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Provide day-to-day support across Race Team Support, Sub Assembly &amp; Composites departments, working cross functionally with other departments.</li>
<li>Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.</li>
<li>Liaise and distribute information to various departments in an accurate manner, whilst ensuring tight deadlines are adhered to.</li>

<li>Follow Engineering procedures and protocols as dictated by the Haas F1 Team pertaining to assembly, operation, and safety.</li>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Accountable for the coordination of race car part allocations ensuring requirements from the chief mechanic, RTS chief mechanic, parts coordinators and lifing engineer are satisfied.</li>
<li>Accountable for the cycling of race car components throughout the season to ensure trackside quantities are met while balancing lifing limitations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure turnaround plans are in line with freight dates.</li>
<li>Responsible for the population and maintenance of assembly build sheets ensuring that data is accurately reflected in Lifecheck.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the lifing engineer to ensure that parts are selectable within the Lifecheck template.</li>
<li>Ensure components within Lifecheck have correct service reset parameters programmed and service mileage intervals set in accordance with DO guidance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the operational departments to ensure inventory status is correct, which in turn ensures UIIL compliance.</li>
<li>Assist and support departments as required to facilitate turnarounds, engineering projects, car builds and event support.</li>
</ul>
<p>Education and Work Experience:</p>

<li>Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is preferred.</li>
