<p>The Infrastructure and Platform Services team (IPS) is the backbone of EA’s global gaming ecosystem, delivering the technology that powers EA’s live games and player experiences. IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA&#39;s game studios. From scalable cloud solutions to AI-driven gameplay services, IPS ensures that EA’s games are available anytime, anywhere for millions of players worldwide.</p>
<p>The Marketplace team builds our in-game economy management systems for EA games. These systems include the management and handling of in-game goods, virtual currencies, promotional offers, and player asset management. The Marketplace team is composed of cloud engineering specialists, product managers, and program managers collaborating to build, scale, and deploy the most capable systems in support of EA&#39;s large array of games.</p>
<p>As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Program Management.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage the development plan, schedule, and process for multiple simultaneous projects, including tasks, resources, quality, time, priorities, and costs.</li>
<li>Deliver progress updates to management, ensuring alignment and transparency across all organisational levels.</li>
<li>Coordinate releases, including tracking bug/quality metrics, and ensuring agreement of schedules with customers, our testing group, and other technology groups.</li>
<li>Balance goals and roadmaps from Product Management with estimates and capacity constraints from Development to provide measurable milestones.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, address, and mitigate risks to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product Management, engineering teams, and key partners (central teams, game teams) to refine and align development requirements for successful execution.</li>
<li>Manage cross-group dependencies by securing commitments from partners, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment to drive successful delivery.</li>
<li>Pursue continuous improvement efforts based on the feedback from our partners related to performance indicators.</li>
<li>Make data-driven decisions by using data and our requirements to provide important insights on vision, requirements, and service improvements.</li>
<li>Create new process improvement protocols to address persistent program problems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years technical program management experience running medium to large software programs.</li>
<li>Expertise in modern project management and SDLC processes and artifacts.</li>
<li>Experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/SharePoint, Monday.com.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services.</li>

<p>We’re hiring a Senior Developer Relations Manager in Shanghai to serve as EADP’s primary point of contact for FC Mobile teams, Asia Publishing, Asia-based studios, and key regional external partners. You will build trusted relationships with studio leadership (GMs, Technical Directors, Production) and represent the “voice of the customer” inside EADP. You’ll partner closely with EADP Product, Program, Engineering, and Operations to ensure regional teams get the right solutions,on schedule and at expected quality.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll translate platform capabilities into clear guidance, drive alignment across teams, unblock delivery, and coordinate execution across EA and partners. In addition, you will project manage specific development projects undertaken by local game teams and partners working closely with global IPS platform engineering teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the EADP relationship for FC Mobile and Asia studios/partners, acting as the single-threaded point of contact for engagements, escalations, and planning.</li>
<li>Drive FY27 Asia deployments of EADP services, Help launch EADP services in Asia by working with global and local stakeholders.</li>
<li>Facilitate technical discovery and architecture alignment between FC Mobile/studios and EADP (workshops, design reviews, integration plans).</li>
<li>Lead cross-team execution: define plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide clear status updates; and drive decisions to keep deliveries on track.</li>
<li>Navigate regional launch requirements (China, Vietnam, Korea): identify constraints early, align stakeholders, and drive timely resolution with EADP and publishing/ops teams.</li>
<li>Run developer enablement and platform evangelism: deliver technical briefings, integration guidance, and feedback loops to improve product fit and developer experience.</li>
<li>Manage incidents and escalations: predict and remove blockers, coordinate response, and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical leadership.</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications/Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience in Software Development, Platform Evangelism, Developer Relations or Program Management in a distributed team environment.</li>
<li>5+ Experience running Software Development projects, especially with partners preferred as a Program Manager, Project Manager.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with modern project management and SDLC processes and artifacts.</li>
<li>3+ years experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms.</li>
<li>Creative and strategic thinker who can consider needs holistically across a broad spectrum of services providing pragmatism and diligence</li>
<li>Experience managing senior technical and non-technical leadership needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrable skills in predicting and removing blockers and ability to manage incidents and escalations</li>
<li>Data-driven decision-making to inform delivery and prioritization</li>
