<p>You will lead the People Experience Programme Management Office (PMO), strengthening its impact, consistency, and effectiveness across the organisation. Building on a strong foundation, you will evolve standards, improve delivery quality, and promote disciplined execution across complex, enterprise-wide work.</p>
<p>Lead and Evolve the PMO</p>
<ul>
<li>Set the direction for the PMO, aligning priorities to outcomes.</li>
<li>Promote standards for programme structure, governance, risk management, and reporting.</li>
<li>Create clarity on goals, ownership, and decision-making to allow strong execution.</li>
<li>Improve operating rhythms, tools, and forums to increase impact and reduce friction.</li>
</ul>
<p>Lead a High-Performing Team</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead Senior Managers, Managers, and Programme Managers with clear expectations and accountability for results.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of feedback, coaching, and continuous development.</li>
<li>Strengthen bench depth and succession to support long-term capability.</li>
<li>Balance team wellbeing and capacity</li>
</ul>
<p>Deliver Execution Excellence</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure enterprise people programmes are well-defined, well-governed, and outcome-driven.</li>
<li>Provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs, escalating early and with solutions.</li>
<li>Use data, business insight, and to guide informed decisions.</li>
<li>Promote understanding and shared accountability across People Experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>Executive Partnership</p>
<ul>
<li>Communicate goals and programme health</li>
<li>Provide decision-ready insights to senior leaders.</li>
<li>Represent People Experience with credibility in enterprise governance forums.</li>
</ul>
<p>M&amp;A and Strategic Programs (As Needed)</p>
<ul>
<li>Support programme execution for select acquisitions, restructures, or surge efforts.</li>
</ul>
<p>Change, Communication &amp; Executive Partnership</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure teams apply change management approaches for integrations and large-scale people programmes.</li>
<li>Review and sponsor executive-level communications and materials.</li>
<li>Be a trusted partner to HR leadership, Finance, Legal, Comms, and Tech.</li>
<li>Represent People Experience in governance and enterprise forums.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience &amp; Capabilities</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in HR, M&amp;A, business transformation, or complex programme leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading teams through change.</li>
<li>Ownership of mid- to high-complexity acquisitions, integrations, or restructures.</li>
<li>Can translate data into clear recommendations.</li>
<li>Experience delivering outcomes through others.</li>
