Chief of Staff to CEO

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with Replit's CEO and executive team as the company scales through one of the most consequential shifts in software development. You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO , owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed.

This is a high-leverage IC role, not a team-building role. You use AI, automation, and sharp judgment to scale yourself , not headcount. You're the person the CEO turns to when something is complex, cross-functional, and needs a single owner.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team , elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-in

Proactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO , you see around corners and close gaps

Coordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationships

DRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM , surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates friction

Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function owns

Use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale your impact: analysis synthesis, scenario modeling, status aggregation, operational monitoring

Support the CEO's most important cross-functional initiatives , competitive positioning, pricing strategy, product economics, strategic planning , from scoping through decision

What This Role Is Not:

Growth experimentation, quarterly reporting, analytics, revenue or financial reporting, or dashboards. Those belong to Data, RevOps, Growth Marketing, Strategic Finance, etc. This is also not the start of a team , it's a single high-leverage IC designed to scale through AI, not hiring.

What We Look For:

7+ years in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company, with real time working alongside Product and Engineering

You build structure where none exists and drive decisions without formal authority

Credible across domains: Eng trusts your technical judgment, Finance and GTM trust your business rigor

Strong quantitative chops , economic models, data interrogation, signal vs. noise

Clear, direct communicator , executive-ready recommendations, not decks full of caveats

Thrives independently in ambiguity , high-impact IC, not a management track

Familiarity with technology ecosystems or business networks in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), or experience supporting international market expansion and strategic partnerships.

Nice to Haves:

Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or automation to increase analytical and operational velocity , we'd love to hear specifics

Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML product companies

Track record influencing executive decisions at $50M+ ARR companies

Values clarity and momentum over process for process's sake

How We'll Know It's Working:

Cross-functional decisions happen faster and better , with clear, attributable impact

Stakeholders seek you out , your involvement signals quality, not overhead

Leadership has integrated visibility into business health and acts on it

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.

As a Product Lead, you will set the strategic direction for how we engage with protocol ecosystems by defining the frameworks that guide which networks we support, how deeply we integrate, and what differentiated value we deliver.

You will drive cross-functional alignment at the senior level, and shape a roadmap that positions Anchorage as the default institutional partner for the most important networks in crypto.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product vision, people leadership, and deep protocol fluency.

Technical Skills:

Organizational Knowledge:

Develop and leverage a deep understanding of Anchorage's business model, regulatory landscape, and competitive positioning to inform ecosystem strategy.

Navigate and improve organizational processes to increase the Protocols team's efficiency, predictability, and quality of output.

Communication and Influence:

Represent the Protocols organization to senior leadership, the board, and external partners, articulating strategy, progress, and trade-offs with clarity and conviction.

You have 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing other product managers.

You have meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies, and you understand the nuances of ecosystem dynamics, not just the technology.

You have a track record of defining and executing multi-quarter product strategies that required navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.

You have a background in engineering or a demonstrated ability to go deep on technical architecture when the situation demands it.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to distill complex ecosystem trade-offs into crisp narratives for leadership, partners, and your team.

Your empathy and adaptability not only complement others' working styles but also embody our culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.

You self describe as some combination of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail oriented, hard working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action oriented, and tenacious.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of Replit Agent— a core part of our mission to allow anyone to build software, without any coding experience.

This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, and go-to-market, ensuring that every new feature we ship lands with clarity, excitement, and impact. You’ll work closely with our engineers, PMs and Partnership teams to understand the product roadmap, then translate those innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with builders of all kinds — from solo builders to enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Marketing for our Launches: Develop and operationalize Replit’s launch motion — from early roadmap planning through public release. Create repeatable frameworks that keep launches fast, clear, and coordinated.

Shape Messaging & Positioning: Craft technically fluent, developer-first narratives that highlight how Replit’s AI coding agent accelerates creativity and productivity. Tailor messaging to different developer segments and channels.

Create Sales & Growth Enablement: Build the first generation of enablement materials (decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs) that empower GTM teams and partners to tell Replit’s story confidently.

Lead Competitive and Market Insights: Stay ahead of the fast-moving landscape in AI coding assistants and app development platforms. Identify key trends, threats, and whitespace opportunities that shape how Replit stands out.

Co-market with our Partner ecosystem

You’ll also leverage your storytelling expertise to collaborate with our partner ecosystem, crafting compelling “Better Together” narratives that elevate our joint value and propel partner marketing initiatives

Analyze & Learn: Define metrics, gather insights, and feed back learnings from the field and community to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Have 8+ years of work experience, including 6+ years in product marketing (ideally within the app development space)

Love building from scratch — frameworks, processes, teams, and strategy

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity

Are equally comfortable writing a launch announcement, building a competitive teardown, or running a cross-functional sync

Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, and don’t wait for someone else to define the playbook

Proven ability to partner directly with engineers and product managers, turning technical concepts into simple, powerful stories

Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple launches and keep teams aligned under pressure

Experience with sales enablement and competitive positioning for technical audiences

A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to dig into the details

Bonus Points

Experience in app development space or marketing to product managers, designers, sales, marketing or operations teams

Experience with Partner/Ecosystem Marketing — to start with, we are looking for a generalist who can also help out with Partner Marketing

Experience at a startup or high-growth environment where speed and adaptability matter

Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies

A track record of successful launches for developer-facing products

Example Projects

Establishing a repeatable launch rhythm for major features and smaller updates

Building a competitive intelligence framework for the AI coding assistant space

Developing persona-driven messaging for builders across different segments and company sizes

Launching and executing co-marketing initiatives with Replit’s partner ecosystem

Coordinating cross-functional launches with engineering, product and marketing

Defining metrics and feedback loops between product, marketing, and the our builder community

Benefits

Competitive Salary & Equity

We then partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, Research, Comms, and Design teams to create a cohesive customer experience across all our channels.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly technical Product Marketing Manager to help drive adoption and growth of Codex. This role requires deep familiarity with developer tools, coding workflows, and modern AI-assisted development environments.

Codex is becoming an essential AI collaborator for developers—helping them write, understand, and ship code faster across real production workflows. You will help translate technical innovation into clear value for developers, shape how Codex is positioned in a rapidly evolving AI coding landscape, and drive programs that expand adoption and usage across the developer ecosystem.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends traditional product marketing responsibilities with developer ecosystem fluency and growth thinking. You will work closely with Product, Developer Experience, Sales, and Growth teams to launch new capabilities, enable go-to-market teams, and ensure Codex continues to resonate with developers building software.

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing fundamentals with deep technical fluency and a strong intuition for how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt new tools.

Responsibilities

Lead product launches for Codex and its underlying models: Build launch strategies that clearly communicate product-market fit for developers. Develop messaging and positioning, shape announcement moments, write launch blogs and technical content, and coordinate cross-functional teams through launch planning and execution.

Develop compelling messaging and competitive positioning: Define how Codex is differentiated in the rapidly evolving AI coding ecosystem across tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and other developer platforms.

Drive developer adoption and product growth: Partner with Growth and Design teams to design campaigns that increase awareness, acquisition, and ongoing usage of Codex across the developer ecosystem.

Create developer-focused content and narratives: Produce high-quality content including blogs, technical explainers, launch posts, demos, landing pages, and social content in collaboration with Developer Experience and Engineering teams.

Enable Sales and GTM teams: Develop technical narratives, sales materials, and enablement assets that help Sales and Solutions Engineering position Codex within real developer workflows and communicate its value to both technical and executive stakeholders—from startups to enterprises.

Develop a deep understanding of developer workflows: Regularly engage with developers and engineering leaders through research, customer conversations, Gong calls, and market analysis to understand how developers discover, evaluate, and use coding tools.

Bring developer insights back to Product and Engineering: Act as a voice of the developer by translating market signals and user feedback into product insights that help shape roadmap decisions and product strategy.

Measure launch and campaign impact: Track adoption, usage, and developer engagement metrics post-launch to continuously refine positioning, campaigns, and product messaging.

Requirements

Has 14+ years of experience in technical product marketing
