<p>Requirements: 6+ years experience on Compensation teams Experience with compensation programs, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and Pave is a plus. Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment Eagerness to build, learn, and grow</p>
<p>Nice to haves: Understanding of international compensation practices and regulatory environments Experience with pre-IPO equity programs Familiarity with AI tools (if not, we will teach you!)</p>

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of our compensation philosophy, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and scalable. <p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Partner closely with our recruiting, people partner &amp; finance teams acting as a trusted advisor.</li>

<li>Leverage people analytics data to inform compensation decisions &amp; proactive market inquiries.</li>

New hire offers are made based on a candidate&#39;s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.</p>
<p>Target new hire base salary ranges for this role are:</p>

<li>US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $132,400 - $165,500</li>
<li>US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $119,200 - $149,000</li>
