As a Senior DevEx Engineer, you will maintain and evolve our complex TypeScript monorepo, own the build and test pipelines, drive code generation and type-safe interfaces, set standards for code quality, streamline development setup and onboarding, and work with platform teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure integrations.

You will also partner with the AI team on our internal AI platform to improve the Agent's output and shape strategy around its default stack.

• Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases

The TPM will be responsible for managing the backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and facilitating technical literacy among the team. They will also drive change management and adoption, creating structural mechanisms to gather feedback from consultants and driving continuous improvement.

Additionally, the TPM will organize and energize our specialization Guilds, facilitating technical deep dives and ensuring that meetings have deep value. They will also facilitate collaboration and integration between the Services teams, Solutions Architects, Customer Architects, and Product Engineering.

The TPM will manage internal communications to the Global Services organization, drafting newsletters, release notes, and hosting enablement calls. They will also work with Field Engineering leadership to ensure that the assets we build are applicable and used across the entire field teams.

The TPM will define success metrics, move beyond vanity metrics, and track important metrics that prove business value. They will also run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with an engineering approach, holding the team accountable for their deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead, ideally within a Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS Customer Success environment. You will also need strong communication skills, mastery of project management tools, and technical aptitude.
