<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p>
<p>Lead in development of problem solving, continuous improvement and associate mentoring/development, in alignment with efficient production, new model introduction, business plan implementation and innovation to achieve or exceed targets that promote associate success.</p>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &amp; SKILLS:</strong></p>
