<p>In this position, you will be participating in the strategic decisions for our future products on Mustang/Bronco/Ranger family. You will learn about new technologies and features and will be able to influence the organization to drive solutions to deliver the best cost and best quality.</p>
<p>As a Program Control Analyst - Supply Chain, you will be driving on-time sourcing of Ford Blue Icons vehicle programs, managing competitive cost delivery, and monitoring and delivering México, USA y Canada compliance, and other key regulatory requests from a program perspective.</p>
<p>You will be representing the Program in Senior Supply Chain Program Reviews as required to keep the teams on track, discuss key issues and help needed, and disseminate information. You will also be building strong relationships within the various Supply Chain teams and building strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Finance, Planning, MP&amp;L and the various other organizations that Program Control regularly interfaces with.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities Eur Include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive on-time sourcing of Ford Blue Icons vehicle programs</li>
<li>Manage competitive cost delivery</li>
<li>Monitor and deliver México, USA y Canada compliance, and other key regulatory requests from a program perspective</li>
<li>Represent the Program in Senior Supply Chain Program Reviews as required to keep the teams on track, discuss key issues and help needed, and disseminate information</li>
<li>Build strong relationships within the various Supply Chain teams</li>
<li>Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Finance, Planning, MP&amp;L and the various other organizations that Program Control regularly interfaces with</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree</li>
<li>3+ years of Supply Chain / Commodity / Program Management experience</li>
</ul>
<p>Even better, you may have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Master&#39;s Degree</li>
<li>5+ years of Supply Chain / Commodity / Program Management experience</li>
<li>Strong Communicator than can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging</li>
<li>Strategic and analytical thinking to develop effective and organized program reviews on weekly basis</li>
<li>Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge across complex sourcing processes</li>
<li>Strong English Proficiency (written, read, and oral).</li>
</ul>
