<p>As a Product Manager, you will work with researchers to understand what&#39;s emerging and what it means for users. <p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Have a track record as a founder or 8+ years in product management, with experience launching new products and scaling existing products</li>
<li>Can’t stop thinking about new ways to build products on top of the latest model capabilities</li>
<li>Possess a deep technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products</li>
<li>Have the ability to navigate and execute amidst ambiguity, and to flex into different domains based on the business problem at hand, finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions</li>
<li>Experience launching ambitious consumer products that have found distribution or commercial success</li>
<li>Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, and think beyond past checklists and playbooks</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date and hands-on with emerging research and industry trends</li>
<li>Prototype with AI tools like Claude Code</li>

<li>Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to help build working relationships</li>
<li>Lead partner marketing efforts with the help of Quantexa&#39;s Marketing team for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events) with key partners</li>
<li>Grow your partner account base through pro-active hunting in targeted channels or new verticals</li>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>

<li>This role sits within our Video Platform team building out and maintaining critical infrastructure powering Synthesia&#39;s video generation capabilities.</li>

<li>You will focus on improving the resilience and scalability of our video generation pipeline.</li>

<li>You will build comprehensive monitoring and debugging tools for the video pipeline.</li>

<li>You will have sole ownership of projects that span months, requiring you to have the ability to break a problem down into small steps that can be delivered and validated iteratively.</li>

<li>You will evaluate your own work, leveraging our data pipeline and frameworks that we have established to understand the impact your features have on our commercial objectives and pivoting where necessary.</li>

<li>You will consider the long-term direction of the team, making sure that we are developing the engineering capabilities that will allow us to stay ahead of the challenges we are likely to encounter in 6-12 months&#39; time.</li>

<p><strong><strong>What we&#39;re looking for:</strong></strong></p>

<li>At least seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer, at least 2 on the lead level.</li>

<li>An ability to work across the stack, with deep knowledge on server side and all things back end related. BE only experience is OK if you are happy to occasionally help out with FE. We used Python on our Backend and React on our Frontend</li>
