Brand Lead

Hello potential future Oatly employee. We're the original oatmilk company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago and has since expanded to the U.S. where we've continued growing at a rate such that we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oatmilk flowing.

Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. Basically, we exist to help people live a healthier life without recklessly taxing the planet's resources in the process, and to change the food system for the better. We drive that change through the power of oats and through a significant reduction in cow's milk consumption.

As a Brand Lead (BL) for Oatly North America, you'll join Oatly's infamous Department of Mind Control (ODMC) and report to the Brand Director for North America. Your mission is simple (but not easy): keep Oatly culturally relevant and unmistakably Oatly by ensuring our global creative vision comes to life locally in the most impactful way.

You'll act as the bridge between brand strategy, creative execution, and commercial reality, helping translate bold ideas into meaningful activations across the United States and Canada. The brand is your #1 focus. You are the local custodian of one of the world's most unexplainable yet deeply resonant brands.

Your role is to help 'keep Oatly weird' , bringing the brand to life through collaborations, activations, partnerships, and commercial opportunities that connect meaningfully with a North American audience. You work closely with your regional ODMC team (Brand Director, Creatives, and Creative Project Lead) and collaborate across the broader ODMC ecosystem , including Creative, PR/Comms, Media & Social, Events, Design, Project Management, and Production.

You are also a key partner to Oatly's commercial teams, ensuring the brand shows up in ways that strengthen both cultural relevance and business growth. By building strong relationships across functions , including Retail, Foodservice, and Coffee , you help identify opportunities where the brand can shine.

Just as importantly, you stay deeply connected to culture. You keep a finger on the pulse of your market, constantly scanning for unexpected opportunities that help Oatly show up in surprising and meaningful ways.

The role will be based in New York, is remote but will require regular travel.

Partner Commercial Programs Lead

As Partner Commercial Programs Lead, you will design and govern the commercial programs that partner channels run on - the incentive structures, eligibility criteria, deal protection frameworks that govern how partners go to market with us, and manage the governance cadence that keeps them current as the business scales.

This is a foundational, global role sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Finance, and Legal. You will serve as the point of resolution for questions of deal attribution, incentive eligibility, and channel conflict, and codify decision criteria so the program scales consistently.

Responsibilities:

Design and own the commercial framework spanning all partner channels and geographies , incentive structures, discount and margin frameworks, eligibility criteria, rules of engagement, and deal registration protection

Run quarterly incentive qualification and governance: validate threshold attainment, resolve attribution disputes, and determine payout eligibility before handoff to Finance

Adjudicate channel conflict, contested deal registrations, and dual-partner claims against documented criteria - and evolve those criteria as new edge cases surface

Govern partner investment programs (market development funds, co-investment funds, and similar), deciding eligible activity, matching ratios, and at-risk vs. opportunistic deployment

Track bilateral obligations with strategic partners , both what Anthropic has committed and what partners owe back , and trigger cure, renegotiation, or escalation when commitments slip

Act as the primary commercial interface to Legal and Finance, translating partner business needs into contract terms, rebate structures, and localised commercial instruments

Maintain the authoritative source document for partner commercial terms, holding the line against ad-hoc carve-outs while knowing when the framework genuinely needs to evolve

Codify decision criteria so that exception handling scales beyond you as the partner program grows

Ideal candidate has owned multi-channel partner commercial frameworks end-to-end - designing them, running the quarterly governance, and maintaining a single source of truth through rapid growth. Experience architecting partner incentive strategy, standing up MDF or co-investment programs, or running a commercial deal desk is strongly preferred.

The annual compensation range for this role is £195,000-£225,000 GBP.

Partner Commercial Programs Lead

As our Partner Commercial Programs Lead, you'll design and govern the commercial programs that partner channels run on - the incentive structures, eligibility criteria, deal protection frameworks that govern how partners go to market with us, and manage the governance cadence that keeps them current as the business scales.

This is a foundational, global role sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Finance, and Legal. You'll serve as the point of resolution for questions of deal attribution, incentive eligibility, and channel conflict, and codify decision criteria so the program scales consistently.

You may be a good fit if you have

12+ years in partner operations, channel operations, commercial strategy, deal desk, or pricing - with direct ownership of multi-channel commercial frameworks across system integrators, resellers, and/or marketplace partners

Hands-on experience managing market development funds, partner co-investment programs, or equivalent partner funding vehicles

A track record of running incentive governance at a regular cadence, where your calls held up under pushback from both sales teams and partners

Commercial and legal fluency: you've drafted commercial terms, rebate structures, and discount frameworks, and worked as the translator between business needs and Legal/Finance constraints

Demonstrated ability to scale exception handling , turning one-off judgment calls into documented criteria that others can apply consistently

Comfort operating as a global individual contributor across time zones, with occasional travel to partner and regional team locations

Sound judgment and a calm, decisive approach when two parties both have a reasonable case and someone has to make the call

Strong candidates may also have

Experience standing up partner commercial frameworks from zero at a high-growth technology company

Background in consumption-based or usage-based business models and the incentive design challenges they create

Exposure to international partner programs requiring localised pricing, legal instruments, and currency/payment terms

Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) systems and how commercial rules get operationalised in tooling

Interest in the responsible deployment of frontier AI and how partner ecosystems shape who gets access to it

The annual compensation range for this role is £195,000-£225,000 GBP.

Forward Deployed Banker (AI Strategist)

Job Title: Forward Deployed Banker (AI Strategist)

About Hebbia

Hebbia is an AI platform for investors and bankers that generates alpha and drives upside. Founded in 2020 by George Sivulka and backed by Peter Thiel and Andreessen Horowitz, Hebbia powers investment decisions for BlackRock, KKR, Carlyle, Centerview, and 40% of the world's largest asset managers.

Our flagship product, Matrix, delivers industry-leading accuracy, speed, and transparency in AI-driven analysis. It is trusted to help manage over $30 trillion in assets globally.

We deliver the intelligence that gives finance professionals a definitive edge. Our AI uncovers signals no human could see, surfaces hidden opportunities, and accelerates decisions with unmatched speed and conviction. We do not just streamline workflows. We transform how capital is deployed, how risk is managed, and how value is created across markets.

Hebbia is not a tool. Hebbia is the competitive advantage that drives performance, alpha, and market leadership.

About the AI Strategy Team

Our AI Strategists are deep domain experts and problem-solvers who bridge product, commercial strategy, and customer impact. They understand deeply the manual drain of our users' workflows and the myriad ways Hebbia provides value, and are focused on embedding and expanding Hebbia use cases within customer environments to maximize ROI and transform how work gets done.

As we continue to scale in hypergrowth, our AI Strategists sit at the intersection of GTM, product, and post-sales - helping shape commercial strategy and expanding our footprint across the global financial industry landscape. The team owns deployment and early adoption, leads strategic growth initiatives post-sale, and partners cross-functionally to inform product roadmap, sales strategy, and executive account management.

About the Role

This is not a typical post-sales role: you'll drive the strategic deployment and measurable value creation of Hebbia's platform across top global financial institutions, shaping how AI transforms the enterprise.

Our AI Strategists bring curiosity, critical thinking, commercial edge, and executive polish - they move seamlessly between strategic conversations and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, building meaningful partnerships, and helping define how AI reshapes finance, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Apply cutting-edge AI: Develop expertise with leading LLMs (Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2, Gemini 3, etc.), become a SME in Hebbia's product and features, and apply to complex professional settings and workflows

Build domain expertise: Develop an intimate understanding of the complex banking, financial and legal workflows of our users (e.g., credit agreements, lease documents, etc.)

Become a core advisor: Deeply understand our customer stakeholders, drive value and growth as a trusted AI advisor

Drive value-backed growth: Identify and capture value with customers, serving as a key driver of our land-and-expand commercial strategy

Optimize processes for scale: Define and constantly enhance internal processes and workflows to shape the post-sales team and improve our customer experience

Own in ambiguity: Operate with autonomy and clarity in fast-moving, unstructured environments - quickly distill complex problems, learn on the fly, and drive toward actionable solutions across customer and product needs

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law

1-5 years of client-facing experience in top-tier investment banking, institutional investing, corporate law, corporate finance, or consulting roles; relevant internship experience can be considered for recent grads

Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated track record of outperformance, value creation, and expanded responsibilities

Experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools; we want to hear about what you've built/tested/researched

Bonus:

5-10 years of client-facing experience with an emphasis on relationship-building

Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue expansion, particularly deploying AI/SaaS into enterprise organizations

Technical startup and/or founder experience, building systems and processes for scale

LLM technical knowledge and practical experience implementing into professional workflows

Compensation

The combined base + bonus compensation range (OTE) for this role is $90,000 - $160,000 + competitive equity. The OTE range for those who meet Bonus qualifications is $160,000 - $225,000. These ranges are inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.

Life @ Hebbia

PTO: Unlimited

Insurance: Medical + Dental + Vision + 401K + Wellness Benefits

Eats: Catered lunch daily + doordash dinner credit

Parental leave policy: 3 months non-birthing parent, 4 months for birthing parent

Fertility benefits: $15k lifetime benefit

New hire equity grant: competitive equity package with unmatched upside potential

Defining success metrics and tracking impact across growth, adoption, engagement, and partner performance, communicating results to senior leadership.

We’re looking for someone with:

8+ years of experience in product partnerships, strategic partnerships, or business development within the technology or digital ecosystem.

Proven experience driving growth and distribution partnerships in APAC.

Demonstrated ability to initiate and scale partnerships that unlock measurable growth and adoption.

Strong experience negotiating and structuring complex agreements that span product integration, commercial strategy, and joint go-to-market efforts.
