As a Government Contracts Manager, you will support Astranis&#39;s compliance activities, manage USG contract administration, and execute policy and regulatory strategies in support of Astranis business priorities.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has both business and legal training, as well as customer-facing experience with the civil space community, including NASA and the Department of Defense. You will work closely with Astranis senior management, program management, engineering, operations, and legal team.</p>\n<p>Role:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Astranis&#39;s compliance activities, including collaboration with Astranis internal teams and external consultants, and ownership of relevant document production and execution</li>\n<li>Manage USG contract administration, including closely coordinating with Astranis Legal to ensure company compliance with relevant FAR clauses, representations and certificates, and proposal submittal requirements</li>\n<li>Support Astranis&#39;s monitoring of and engagement with administrative proceedings across a range of USG and other national government agencies</li>\n<li>Execute policy and regulatory strategies in support of Astranis business priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.S./B.A., J.D. is a plus but not required</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of civil space organizations and programs</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and USG contract structures</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of government regulatory structures for commercial space industry</li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>\n<li>US Citizen or Green Card Holder</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bonus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of commercial SATCOM industry</li>\n<li>Knowledge of EAR/ITAR</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n<p>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
