You should have relevant commercial transactional experience working for and/or supporting cloud-based software companies, including an understanding of professional service delivery to support consumption growth.</p>\n<p>Substantial experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex professional services agreements and a strong understanding of contractual issues related to information security, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property is required.</p>\n<p>You should have proven ability to successfully navigate and counsel on complex legal issues while balancing and/or mitigating material risk. You should be able to prioritize competing demands and be responsive to client expectations in a fast-paced environment within a limited time period.</p>\n<p>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
