We are looking to hire a dynamic and creative Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating digital marketing campaigns and driving innovation through creative across all channels.

As an Art Director, you will oversee the visualisation of creative process from concept through to final execution on your projects. This includes delivering and inspiring award-winning work, supporting on campaigns, and managing ongoing art direction of always on campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering and inspiring award-winning work, really understanding the concept of art & science, leveraging data insights to inform ideas and creativity and execute to highest level throughout.
• Supporting on campaigns, including concepting and visual ideation, creative concepting & shoot execution (including art direction on shoot days), creative post-production delivering content (across web, email, paid/organic social, video) to the highest quality in terms of consistency of execution.
• Overseeing creative of digital marketing assets, collaborating with creative agency and marketing teams.
• Collaborating with the Creative Director, Director of Art, Director of Copy and the Head of Creative on major campaign shoots.
• Managing ongoing art direction of always on campaigns, as well as coordinate with retouching to manage final delivery of visual assets that execution is met to highest level in form of artistry and finished result with a hands-on approach.

Requirements include:

• Experience working as an Art Director in the beauty or luxury fashion space, with incredible attention to detail.
• Experience on set with models and still life for both stills and video, confident in lightning techniques, angles and on set direction.
• Highly skilled in range of the Adobe Creative Suite (Ideally but not limited to) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects.
• It is key to show a strong understanding of typography, colour and layout, as well as knowledge of moving image/film processes.
• Experience in, and enthusiasm for, developing creative ideas for 360 campaigns from brief to delivery and beyond.
• Experience on digital marketing campaigns and a keen understanding of evolving digital trends and activations.
• Demonstrated creative success in collaborating with multi-functional teams, including project & campaign planning.
• Experience working closely with, and providing constructive feedback to post production teams, including retouchers, film editors, grade, flame and vfx.
• Confidence in using Generative AI within the pre and post-production phases of a campaign.
• Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello with a good housekeeping attitude with regards to filing projects and research.
• Ability to work at pace, with a confidently calm demeanour.
• Excellent visual and written presentation skills.

• Excellent written communication skills
• Figma expert (non-negotiable)

Multimatic is seeking Automotive Paint Technicians who will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of carbon fibre and fiberglass bodywork and application of world-class primer/paint finishes.

This is a unique opportunity for candidates who have previous autobody paint experience and a passionate interest in automobiles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be organized and work in a safe manner, following all safety procedures

• Apply coatings to composite components using various spray methods

• Prepare components for coatings using various preparation methods

• Spot repair components using various spray methods

• Maintain shop tools and equipment including the spray facility

• Mix, spray and verify coatings to match

• Mask appropriate areas as required

• Inspect components during processing stages

• Follow work instructions and quality control processes

• Use body repair materials and methods for composite components

• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and providing/receiving constructive feedback

• Adhering to Multimatic’s quality-focused attitude and work culture

Training is provided as required.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in auto body finishing and repair

• Ability to work with minimal supervision with high quality output

• An understanding of composite component construction is an asset
