As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be working across the entire Brex stack, creating and maintaining new products, features, and building tools to help scale Brex.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers across the company to build new features and products.

• Work side-by-side with user-facing teams (Sales, Support) to best understand the needs of our customers.

• Design and implement experiments to improve our customer’s experiences.

• Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.

• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.

• Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.

• Experience developing client-facing software products.

• Uphold our high engineering standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience collaborating with specialists in product, design, and operations.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $192,000 - $240,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.

• Move quickly without sacrificing quality or introducing risk
• Have managed processes and data in enterprise HR systems (e.g. Workday) , configuration experience isn't necessary
• Have managed employee support through ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)

Preferred qualifications:
