      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Capgemini is seeking an experienced Pega Developer with strong experience in Pega KYC / CLM frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid engineering foundation, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Design and implement software systems using OOA/OOD principles and industry-standard architectural practices.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality application components using Java, J2EE frameworks, APIs, and microservices architecture.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in projects following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.</li>
<li>Apply best practices for source control management, branching strategy, and versioning.</li>
<li>Develop high-performance, maintainable code following established coding standards and engineering practices.</li>
<li>Design and build BPM workflows, task management processes, and rule-based systems.</li>
<li>Work hands-on with Pega PRPC, including case management, workflows, rules configuration, and integrations.</li>
<li>Develop SQL scripts, procedures, and database logic using PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.</li>
<li>Build and deploy containerized applications using OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade applications.</li>
<li>Ensure robust integration between Pega components and Java-based microservices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pega System Architect certification (SSA preferred).</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC.</li>
<li>Experience with Pega KYC / CLM frameworks.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Pega Infinity platform and its modernized capabilities.</li>
</ul>
