<li>Identify attribution methods, negotiate performance KPIs, and build evergreen strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership within Reddit&#39;s App Ads solution</li>
<li>Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about in-depth product functionalities, roadmap developments, ad platform intricacies, optimization strategies, campaign performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and client success</li>
<li>Consult clients on their app ads objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary</li>
<li>Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating Reddit&#39;s value proposition and best practices for app advertising on the platform</li>
<li>Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles</li>
<li>Dive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations</li>
<li>Strategically identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth</li>
<li>Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive the execution of app solutions</li>
<li>Mentor and train other enterprise team members</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management with specialization in App Advertising &amp; Performance Marketing</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions, tracking partners (including MMPs), the performance marketing landscape and their interdependencies</li>
<li>Experience optimizing toward strict DR-focused KPIs, as well as knowledge of holistic media planning to support brand awareness and performance campaigns in tandem</li>
<li>Expert in the App Ads space - understanding the ecosystem of performance marketing, familiarity with advanced technical setups to achieve ROI focused metrics</li>
<li>Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</li>
<li>Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend</li>
