<p>Must haves:</p>
<p>An active TS/SCI clearance 10+ years professional experience, ideally managing complex technical programs for DoD or national security customers A proven ability to lead large, cross-functional efforts across delivery, contracts, and customer teams A healthy obsession with establishing and driving adoption of programmatic systems and processes; plus the ability to exert influence and manage associated change Familiarity with FAR-based contracts and program structures like IDIQs, task orders, and OTAs Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance metrics, contract deliverables, and program budgets A track record of high ownership in ambiguous environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills , especially with senior government stakeholders Deep curiosity about agentic AI and its application to homeland layered defense A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time</p>

<p>You will use and maintain data to monitor the health of your respective book of business such as in SalesForce so that you can identify ways to improve the client&#39;s Flexport experience.</p>
<p>Mentor and help coach fellow Account Managers on how best to support client needs and build long term partnerships.</p>
<p>You should have:</p>
<p>3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales/account management or a client facing role.</p>
<p>Ideally 2+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.</p>
<p>Fluency in Flemish (or Dutch) and French and English.</p>
<p>Client-centric: obsessed with client outcomes, doing what it takes to deliver the client&#39;s expectations, understanding your client&#39;s current and future business goals and challenges and translating those into relevant solutions and strategic account planning.</p>
