adf19c82-2f1 Client Solutions Director - Engine by Starling At Engine by Starling, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and versatile leader to drive the localisation and implementation of our platform with North American clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong client-centric product mindset and experience in the U.S. banking sector. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a very early hire in the region and work across a number of phases of our client lifecycle: business development, client discovery and client implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating as a key part of the NA leadership team and contributing to the success of establishing Engine in the US and Canadian markets with a compelling product and platform.
  • Building strong relationships both internally and within client and partner organisations, from establishing initial client relationships through to implementation.
  • Staying abreast of current product developments and innovations globally and applying to the North American market.
  • Helping to grow our North American Client Solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, experience in the U.S. banking sector, and experience leading the delivery of large-scale, complex programmes in financial services. They will be able to rapidly understand client problems and present solutions in a structured and informative manner.
