Certification Development Lead

About the Role

Anthropic is seeking a Certification Development Lead to build and scale a best-in-class certification program for our partner ecosystem.

We've launched our first certification, the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (CCA-F), and now we need someone to turn that first credential into a comprehensive, multi-tiered program that our systems integrator, consulting, and technology partners rely on to demonstrate real competence with Claude.

This is a 0-to-1 build. You'll define the certification strategy, design the credential architecture, and build the program infrastructure from the ground up, all with our partner audience at the center.

You'll work at the intersection of program design and subject matter expertise: identifying what partners need to know, structuring the path to get them there, and collaborating with internal SMEs to ensure the content reflects how Claude actually works and where it's headed.

The systems and tooling that deliver certifications are being built by a separate team; your focus is the program itself, the credentialing framework, the partner experience, and the cross-functional relationships that keep it all connected.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end certification program: define the vision, build the credentialing framework, and establish the multi-tiered certification path that scales with Anthropic’s partner ecosystem

Design certification architectures, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies that measure real applied skill, not just content exposure

Build with the partner audience in mind: understand the needs, workflows, and incentives of SI, consulting, and technology partners, and design credentialing experiences that meet them where they are

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across Applied AI, Product, and Engineering to translate Claude’s evolving capabilities into rigorous, current certification content

Partner with trainers and to ensure alignment between training delivery and credentialing requirements, so the learning journey and credential path reinforce each other

Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, GTM Productivity, and Revenue Operations to connect certification outcomes to partner performance, pipeline attribution, and ecosystem health metrics

Define and manage relationships with credentialing vendors and collaborate with the systems owner on platform and delivery infrastructure decisions

Establish quality standards for assessments including validity, reliability, and fairness, and use assessment data to continuously improve the program

Build the operational processes around certification lifecycle management: development, launch, renewal, versioning, and retirement of credentials as Claude’s capabilities evolve

Requirements

7+ years in certification program design, credentialing, developer education, or partner enablement, with demonstrated experience building programs from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones

A track record of 0-to-1 builds: you’ve stood up a certification or credentialing program where one didn’t exist before, defined the strategy, earned stakeholder buy-in, and shipped it

Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, particularly SI and consulting partner audiences, and the ability to design certification experiences that drive real adoption and competency within those organizations

Strong educational design instincts: you think in terms of competency frameworks, learning progressions, and what it actually means to demonstrate mastery versus having been exposed to content

Experience with assessment methodologies beyond multiple-choice, including performance-based assessment, portfolio evaluation, or scenario-based testing that measures applied skill

Baseline fluency with AI and technology products, with the ability and curiosity to learn Claude’s product suite deeply enough to articulate the “why” behind each certification tier and competency requirement

Clear, structured communication and the ability to work with non-education stakeholders (partnerships, sales, engineering) while maintaining rigorous program standards

Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, making decisions with incomplete information, and iterating quickly based on partner and internal feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing relationships with credentialing vendors (Pearson, Credly, or similar) and navigating the operational complexity of third-party certification delivery

Familiarity with certification program economics: pricing, packaging, and the business model decisions that make a program sustainable

Background in technical credentialing specifically, such as cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) or developer platform credentials

Knowledge of psychometrics, credential validation, or assessment quality frameworks

Experience benchmarking and learning from best-in-class programs from peer organizations

Prior work at a high-growth technology company navigating rapid product change

Logistics

Annual compensation range: $270,000-$365,000 USD

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Minimum years of experience: 7+ years

Community Operations & Executive Escalations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to build and lead a new pillar of our Platform Operations function: Community Operations & Executive Escalations. This role will stand up the team, processes, and infrastructure that protect Anthropic's reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on social media or arrive through executive channels.

As the Community Operations & Executive Escalations Manager, you will own end-to-end escalation management - detection, triage, incident coordination, and resolution- across two distinct but related workstreams: brand-impacting conversations on public social channels and high-sensitivity inbound from Anthropic employees on behalf of users.

Responsibilities:

Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Community Operations specialists, covering detection through resolution

Build the function from zero: stand up social listening infrastructure, define escalation criteria and severity tiers, author the incident management SOP, and establish coverage hours and on-call schedules

Own social monitoring across public channels - triaging brand mentions and running escalations to resolution

Own executive escalations end to end: receive inbound from Anthropic executives on behalf of users, lead your team in quarterbacking investigation and coordinate remediation across partner teams

Serve as the central coordination point during live escalations and drive public/private response decisions to closure

Build clear operating models with cross-functional teams so every stakeholder knows exactly where to send an escalation and what happens next

Define and report on success metrics (time to triage, time to resolution, escalation volume by source) and run post-incident reviews that feed learnings back into criteria and process

Develop response templates and playbooks for common scenarios so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality or judgment

Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development and growth

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in community operations, escalations management, or a related field - ideally in a consumer or developer platform environment

5+ years of people management experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology company

Direct experience running incident or escalation workflows: you've been the person managing the channel, paging the on-call, and writing the post-incident report

Familiarity with social listening tooling and the dynamics of how issues spread across public social platforms

Excellent judgment under pressure in reading a fast-moving situation, separating signal from noise, and making calls with incomplete information

Proven track record of building operational programs from 0 to 1: writing the SOP, defining the criteria, standing up the tooling, and then iterating as reality breaks your assumptions

Strong cross-functional influence and ability to align teams around a shared plan in real time, even when incentives differ

Clear, concise written communication - you can brief an executive in three sentences and document an incident so the next person can learn from it

Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team doesn't exist yet and you'll be defining what good looks like

Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher

Salary:

You'll own your domain's AI quality end-to-end: define what "good" looks like, measure it, run experiments, and ship what works.

Responsibilities

• Design and run evaluations for your product area: reference tests, heuristics, model-graded checks tailored to search relevance, chat quality, document understanding, or audio performance.

• Define and track metrics that matter: task success, helpfulness, hallucination proxies, safety flags, latency, cost.

• Own prompt and orchestration design: write, test, and iterate on prompts and system prompts as a core part of your work.

• Run A/B tests on prompts, models, and configurations; analyze results; make rollout or rollback decisions from data.

• Set up observability for LLM calls: structured logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts.

• Operate model releases: canary and shadow traffic, sign-offs, SLO-based rollback criteria, regression detection.

• Improve core behaviors in your product area, whether that's memory policies, intent classification, routing, tool-call reliability, or retrieval quality.

• Create templates and documentation so other teams can author evals and ship safely.

• Partner with Science to diagnose regressions and lead post-mortems.

About you

• 3-4 years of experience; backgrounds that fit well include ML engineers moving closer to product, or software engineers with real AI/ML production experience.

• Strong TypeScript or Python skills - we have both tracks depending on team fit.

• Production LLM experience: prompts, tool/function calling, system prompts.

• Hands-on with evals and A/B testing; you can design metrics, not just run them.

• Comfortable implementing directly in product code, not only notebooks.

• Observability experience: logging, tracing, dashboards, alerting.

• Product mindset: form hypotheses, run experiments, interpret results, ship.

• Clear communication, autonomous, and oriented toward production impact over experimentation for its own sake.

It would be ideal if you also have:

• Safety systems experience: moderation, PII handling/redaction, guardrails.

• Release operations: canary/shadowing, automated rollbacks, experiment platforms.

• Prior work on search ranking, chat systems, document AI, or audio ML features.

Hiring Process

• Introduction call - 30 min

• Hiring Manager interview - 30 min

• Technical Rounds - Live-coding Interview - 45 min - AI Engineering Interview - 45 min

• Culture-fit discussion - 30 min

Staff Technical Program Manager, AI / Agent Systems

About the Role

We're looking for a senior, deeply technical TPM to own delivery of Replit's highest-stakes, most complex programs—starting with our evergreen Agent roadmaps. This is an IC role for someone who has previously been an engineering manager or senior engineer, can operate comfortably in AI/LLM-heavy systems, and brings order, momentum, and sharp decision-making to cross-team ambiguity. The ideal candidate uses AI and automation aggressively to scale themselves, but understands that the core value is clarity, tradeoffs, and execution, not just tooling.

You Will

Own end-to-end delivery of Replit's most complex, cross-functional programs, with Agent development as the primary, evergreen focus

Drive execution across Product, Eng, Research, GTM, and Leadership—surfacing dependencies, risks, and disagreements early

Operate as the technical glue between teams: able to follow architecture decisions, challenge assumptions, and translate tradeoffs without slowing velocity

Establish and run program operating cadence (milestones, reviews, decision logs, retros) for long-running bets

Use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale program management (status synthesis, risk detection, incident follow-ups, guardrails, retros)

Take on additional high-stakes programs as needed (e.g. Enterprise initiatives, external integrations, priority conflicts)

Partner closely with EMs and PMs without duplicating their roles—this role exists where ownership is otherwise fragmented

Required skills and experience

8+ years of TPM experience (or equivalent) with a track record of leading complex, high-impact programs

Deep technical fluency in systems like distributed architecture, infrastructure, platform engineering, or AI/ML

Clear, direct communication style with strong decision-making skills

Thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress independently—this is a high-impact IC role, not the foundation of a TPM organization

Preferred Qualifications

Background as an engineering manager or senior engineer

Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, or automation to increase execution velocity—we'd love to hear specific examples

Values clarity and momentum over process for process's sake

Bonus Points

You've led programs for AI/ML or agent-based systems

You've brought structure and accountability to cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

You have a portfolio of ways you've used automation or tooling to scale your impact as a program manager

Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:

💰 Competitive Salary & Equity 💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match ⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability 🚼 Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave 🚗 Commuter Benefits 📱 Monthly Wellness Stipend 🧑‍💻 Autonomous Work Environment 🖥 In Office Set-Up Reimbursement 🏝 Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays 🚀 Quarterly Team Gatherings ☕ In Office Amenities

Partner AI Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Partner AI Deployment Engineer (P-ADE) to lead technical delivery with OpenAI partners across EMEA and help scale customer deployments built on the OpenAI platform. This role focuses on working across a wide range of customer use cases, supporting the design, deployment and scaling of production-grade AI solutions delivered through partners.

You will work closely with partner delivery teams, alongside Solutions Engineers (SEs), Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and other ADEs, to move customer engagements from initial design through to stable, scaled production. Your work will accelerate time to value, reduce delivery risk and ensure solutions meet OpenAI’s standards for quality, safety and reliability. You will collaborate closely with GTM, Applied, and Research to support partner-led enterprise adoption.

This role is based in Paris or Munich. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

Act as a primary technical delivery partner for a set of OpenAI partners across EMEA, supporting customer deployments across multiple industries and use cases.

Work with partner delivery teams and customer stakeholders to translate solution designs into deployable, production-ready architectures on the OpenAI platform.

Support customer time to value through hands-on prototyping, integration support, architectural guidance and troubleshooting during critical phases of delivery.

Collaborate closely with SEs, FDEs, and other ADEs to ensure the right technical expertise is engaged from design through production rollout.

Help partners operationalise solutions by addressing scalability, reliability, security and safety considerations required for enterprise production environments.

Contribute to reusable deployment patterns, reference architectures and delivery guidance that enable repeatable execution across partner engagements.

Act as a technical quality and governance point during deployments, helping ensure solutions meet OpenAI’s standards and best practices before and after go-live.

Capture and synthesise feedback from real customer deployments and share insights with Applied, Research and partner teams to improve delivery playbooks and platform capabilities.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution delivery or a similar role, working with senior technical and business leaders on complex enterprise deployments.

Have experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder technical projects in partnership with boutique services organisations, system integrators or similar delivery environments.

Have strong hands-on experience building, integrating and operating production software using modern languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Have designed, deployed and supported Generative AI and or machine learning solutions in real-world production environments.

Have practical experience working with the OpenAI platform in customer-facing or delivery contexts.

Are a clear communicator who can work effectively with partner engineers, internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Take ownership of delivery problems end to end and are comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Bring a collaborative, humble mindset and enjoy working across partners and internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
