<p>We&#39;re seeking a full-time member of our Production team to work from our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. As a startup, you&#39;ll work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment that requires adaptability.</p>
<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manufacturing of composite (carbon &amp; fiberglass) structures</li>
<li>Performing component assembly inspections and completing appropriate documentation</li>
<li>Advising on the design of assemblies, components, and testing</li>
<li>Contributing to improving workshop standards, protocols, and processes</li>
<li>Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and output</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This is a second shift role (2PM-1030PM) with ~ 2-3 weeks of training on the first shift (6am-230pm)</li>
<li>Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools</li>
<li>Extensive experience in manufacturing, inspecting, and repairing composite (carbon &amp; fiberglass) structures</li>
<li>Capable of drilling, reaming, and countersinking</li>
<li>Capable of machining &amp; trimming composites</li>
<li>Experience vacuum bagging parts for resin infusion, room temperature cures, and debulks</li>
<li>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, and product data sheets</li>
<li>Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>High school degree or GED certification</li>
<li>Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting</li>
