In this role, you will be part of the Enterprise Applications G&A team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, G&A Systems. The Enterprise Applications team provides development and support to the Business Applications that support GitLab's core business processes of Quote To Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing with NetSuite SuiteCloud development tools such as SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript to develop new and maintain existing business workflows. Building system integration tools such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite SOAP APIs. Operating as a system, field, and mapping expert for the RPA and iPaaS team. Maintaining the metadata, records, objects, roles, and fields to ensure proper data flows between systems. Influencing cross-functional teams regularly, building and managing holistic relationships with select partners. Building, maintaining, and improving internal analysis and planning processes to more efficiently deliver for our business partners. Driving end-to-end delivery processes with minimal guidance. Running medium-sized projects that improve our ability to make better data-driven insights or make the company more efficient.

We are looking for someone with a full understanding of NetSuite stack and experience with all NetSuite modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, SuiteBilling, Procurement, etc.). You should also have working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.

Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services, and Eclipse is also required. You should have understanding of JSON, SQL, API, and GitLab Products. Understanding of SDLC and DAP (Duo Agentic Platform) is also necessary.

Knowledge of Claude tools is a requirement (Claude cowork, Claude code & MCP) & how they work with NetSuite, GitLab issues, other data sources, and VSCode. You should be able to design and deploy code from Claude and intake requirements and data from various sources.

Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite, and other reporting tools, ODBC) is also required. NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certifications are a plus.

You should be able to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as a customer-centric mentality and interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.

Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, resiliency under pressure, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to work in a constantly changing environment are also necessary.

Strong security and confidentiality practices with systems that handle sensitive data are also required.
