      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an Electronic Hardware Design Engineer-BMS to join our team in Ankara. The position will initially be based in Ankara, but candidates are expected to be willing to relocate to Istanbul after the completion of the project phase.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Design next generation automotive ECUs, Inverters and BMS including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance, worst-case analysis and signal integrity analysis.</p>
<p>Analog design with op-amps, logic gates, analog/digital sensors, signal isolators, transceivers, MCUs, PMICs etc.</p>
<p>Design switch mode power supplies (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback etc.).</p>
<p>Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying component sourcing activities.</p>
<p>Support lab tests, debug and validation activities.</p>
<p>Support project and quality management activities.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.</li>
<li>Experience with analog and digital hardware design.</li>
<li>Experience with analog circuit simulation and analysis using LTspice or similar SPICE software.</li>
<li>Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.</li>
<li>Experience with lab equipments and testing.</li>
<li>Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.</li>
