      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Library Maintainer to maintain an environment that is clean, safe, and comfortable for our Library users and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of building plant operations, assessing jobs, determining staffing and materials needs, and tracking time spent on jobs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of building plant operations consisting of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and general carpentry between multiple sites and properties of NYPL.</li>
<li>Assess jobs and determine staffing and materials needs (make recommendations as appropriate).</li>
<li>Pick up supplies and materials as appropriate.</li>
<li>Assist in the training of Library Maintainers working on building infrastructure systems.</li>
<li>Track time spent on jobs using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED and advanced courses in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration skills.</li>
<li>Ability to qualify to obtain valid certificates of fitness for the following: Standpipe and Sprinkler systems; High Rise Fire Safety Director Class E, and Freon Handler (CFC).</li>
<li>Valid driver&#39;s license and good driving record.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervisory or training experience.</li>
<li>Experience reading blue prints, circuit diagrams, water flow, and HVAC diagrams.</li>
<li>Experience and education with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Experience in building trades in and in the operation and maintenance of large-scale heating, air conditioning (Large Central Units and Package Units), elevator, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li>

      <Title>Lead Manufacturing Test Engineer</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Testing Technical Manager is responsible for factory testing issue support and management. This role is based in Haiphong cityserie of Vietnam and majorly focuses on CM factories management and technical support to sustain good quality and shipment from multiple CM factories.</p>
<p>You will have the opportunity to get training from experienced engineers from Logitech Suzhou. You will also have the opportunity to work with NPI engineering and manufacturing teams to design and optimize testing and manufacturing processes to drive continued improvement.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be based in Vietnam, with required travel between different cities in Vietnam; focus on technical management of Mouse, Keyboard, Camera and video collaboration products.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the overall technical management of Vietnam CM factories, including production process supervision, technical problem resolution, and monitoring of testing &amp; quality issues to ensure efficient and stable factory operations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular testing and process audits for each CM factory; monitor CM engineering performance in test equipment setup, calibration, daily maintenance and troubleshooting, and drive supplier engineer teams to develop/implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure test accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<li>Supporting business owner, developing new CM suppliers, capability to on site support equipment trouble shooting, failure analysis and crisis management</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead quality crisis analysis and follow-up; supervise CM product functional failure analysis (FA), conduct in-depth root cause investigations using professional tools, and drive the development of corrective/preventive actions to reduce failure rates.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and drive CM factories to improve yield and product quality; promote testing improvement, automation and digitalization in CM factories, and drive continuous improvement (CIP) for mass production (MP) products.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support the transfer of production line equipment and fixtures from other manufacturing sites to Vietnam; train CM testing engineers and operators for newly transferred products.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments (MPM, Engineering, Quality, Planning) and external partners to ensure smooth new product transfer to mass production and support to resolve production technical issues.</li>
