You will also mentor People Advisors and support onboarding, and deliver ER training and contribute to policy development.</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, significant ER experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation, and experience in a unionised environment.
