We're looking for a skilled Cloud - Staff TPM to join our team. As a Cloud - Staff TPM, you will be responsible for cross-organisation initiatives working with teams across Ford: business, design, product, system engineering, software development, testing, safety, regulatory, calibration, release, and quality.
\nSuccess as a Technical Program Manager requires someone who is centered on product and engineering excellence with a bias for action. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; successfully partnering with a wide group of disciplines across the company.
\nYou will own cross-team initiatives, identify best practices and bring your industry experience to bear on a company-wide scale. You will engage with complex engineering programs, demonstrating leadership and a strong command of the tools and process required to achieve the teams' goals.
\nYou will lead software programs in a principled way, and by example when the opportunities arise. You will have consummate communications skills, keeping up- and down-stream dependencies well aligned, and all stakeholders well-informed.
\nIdeal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving software and services, including up-and down-stream dependencies.

Enthusiastic about AI-driven coding with the help of tools like Github Co-Pilot, Cursor AI or Windsurf. Strong understanding of Full-stack architecture principles. Working knowledge of CICD with popular tools like Jenkins, Tekton, Github Actions etc. Strong understanding of any public cloud provider like GCP, AWS or Azure.

\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field OR a combination of education and equivalent experience. Experience with web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG compliance), tools, and testing (e.g. screen-readers, axe, user interviews). Experience with Behavior Driven Development. Mechanical and engineering empathy. A desire to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers. Self-Starter and have keen interest of problem-solving.
